Review 1：Clogged tap hole in the bathtub, no electric kettle for guests available, bathrobe to be rented, cool washtub with still water instead of a swimming pool.

Review 2：I was travelling with the President of the company I work for and his wife. At the arrival the booking was wrong: I was put in the same room with them in spite of Booking's different reservations, so I had to do a new booking there more expensive!!! The rooms are sufficients. Walls were quite dirty and there was hair in my bed and in the shower and also in theirs. So the experience has nothing to be remarked positively, except from the helpful hotel staff.

Review 3：The position is the big privilege of the hotel for people who need to work in town centre. The staff helped us and was really friendly.

Review 12：The quality of breakfast was not good for the value. They did have a good choice but the quality, venue of the breakfast as well as the atmosphere was not very good. Cleaning personnel did not do a great job in cleaning the room. Airport transportation was also more expansive than in some other hotels

Review 16：Breakfast room is in a isolated cellar area. There was miscommunication between the reception and the breakfast room. When I was having breakfast they suddenly demanded cash or credit card from me for immediate payment for breakfast. It was very annoying.

Didn't open the Creditcard and room service ordered us to pay on the spot. No red wine available at room service. Staff can't smile. Food quality, portions and price very poor. Next door Rus hotel offers food much better and one third of the price!! Hotel lobby very cold atmosphere. Doesn't invite to sit at the restaurant. Typical Soviet ambience with huge empty monstrous lobbys. There is a mini pool and a fitness room so uninviting no one you'll ever see there. For half the price you can chose next door Rus, even more Soviet but a far better deal. Rooms are better at President though.

Review 19：Rooms where ok and somehow cozy and clean. Updated but still dark. Too much brown. It's 2015 and not 1973!! Hotels has good facilities which you won't use due to lack of warmth. Location is good.

Review 53：A bit pricey. I got a superior room at the price of standard, that is why it was good, otherwise it would be pricey. Two small tables near the bed should be replaced with 2 nightstands with drawers. There is no place to keep documents, papers in a convenient manner
