Review 1：Nothing to complain.
Review 2：The hotel is new and well maintained. The location is very interesting to visit San Vito and also other excellent quieter beaches nearby (2 km from the hotel). Also, there are some good restaurants a few meter ( about 100 m) The room was super comfortable and impeccable cleanliness. The Breakfast is very good, with various options and a delicious homemade cake made by Rosaria. All this without forgetting to talk about the staff. We love the kindness of Rosaria and Maria. Always helpful and welcome us in the best way.
Review 3：I would not recommend this place for people traveling without a car. You can walk to the beach (which is Fantastic!) but it would take approx 30 min.
Review 4：We loved the room, the view to the mountains and sea, breakfast was Delicious and fresh. Hostess were fantastic and very caring! They even remembered our coffee preferences (for breakfast). The bathroom was very clean and towels smelled nice and fresh. Would come back again. Cozy and quiet atmosphere. (parking is free at the entrance of the hotel and seemed safe).

Review 6：Fabulous place, super nice and helpful owner and staff. We were the only guests and despite this everybody went out of their way to make our stay feel perfect! Tastefully decorated and maintained. Delicious breakfast. Close to the baia santa maria beach (10 minutes walk) and capo san vito (10 minutes by car). Will definitely return!
