Review 1：no air condition does not work sleep like a fakir feel the springs no room service only if you ask it is not all inclusive you have to choose for the same menu lunch and dinner

Review 3：There was no cleaning of the room, we had to ask for the towels. The breakfast was very poor, and the cheapest quality was served. The Wellness was officially open from 8-20 hours, but no lightning. Outside the hotel a lot of tras was collected.

Review 5：First of all they don't have menu for food (weird for a hotel). Alsothey give you the food they want, it's not your choice (at "allinclusive" offer). You have the same breakfast (no fruits), othermeals are really poor in all ingredients. Staff is very unfriendly, theytreat you like you owe them, always talking behind you and can be easilyheard/seen. They don't speak any international language. Youcan't go in their small pool: lights are closed, no chairs, tablesor other facilities. Cleaning lady tries to enter your room withoutknock, no trash removal, towels and so on. Low wifi in room and also noair condition. Worst hotel that you can pick, don't ruin yourvacation !In primul rand NU au meniu pentru mancare (ciudat pentru un hotel). Va dau mancarea pe care o vor ei, nu puteti alege nimic (intr-un meniu "all inclusive"). Aveti acelasi mic dejun saracacios (fara fructe), iar celelalte mese sunt foarte sarace in ingrediente, totul e sec. Personalul este foarte neprietenos, va trateaza de parca le-ati fi datori, vorbindu-va pe la spate la modul nesimtit, fiind foarte usor de auzit/vazut. NU vorbesc nicio limba de circulatie internationala (doar maghiara). Nu se poate merge in piscina (care este mica): luminile sunt stinse, fara sezlong/scaune, mese sau alte facilitati. Femeie de servici intra in camera fara sa bata la usa, nu se ia gunoiul, nu se schimba prosoape si asa mai departe. Semnal WIFI foarte slab in camera si NU merge aerul conditionat. Cel mai prost hotel pe care-l puteti alege, nu va ruinati vacanta !

Review 7：Difference between exchange rate of EUR in banks and in the hotel. We could have a big loos if we pay in HFV. A lack of fruits in breakfast, sometimes a lack of vegetables or salads in dinners, but it's usual for hungarian's manner of eating.

Review 8：Good attitude. Willingness of hostess to solve your desires. Two saunas: usual and infra-red, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Nice desserts in dinners.

Review 16：Owners are working at front desk and at the restaurant, but they are not so nice and quite bitter persons. There is no "do not enter" sign in the rooms, so the cleaning lady entered the room just like that. The shower and the trash could be used, but were partially broken.

Review 18：The air condition in room wasn't working properly so it was very hot in there. People working there don't speak english so comunication with them was difficult.
