Review 1：Should equip fridge in rooms to store cold drinks. And the wifi coverage was very bad.

Review 3：I had a few guest (Girls) screaming and laughing loudly in the next room. It was ear piercing but hey who cares! Girls Just wanna have fun....

Review 4：Thee hotel is not far from all the tourist location... The even have a free shuttle service to the shopping mall and food court. The Receptionist (Lisa) is a fantastic girl who will go all the way to assist you. If you need to go/travel anywhere the resident taxi (Driver Si Naga) is a very safe bet. His own taxi is is spacious and clean...oh.. do not smoke in his taxi.

Review 5：Toilet wasnt clean. if the flooring was laminated with wooden laminate that would add to a posh touch

Review 9：Breakfast did not have variety. Wifi connection in rooms was bad during my stay. Only good in lobby area. Not enough power plugs at the desk. So cannot charge both laptop and phone together.

Review 11：The bedsheets looked like they weren't changed as there were plenty of stains. Room was rather dark and had no refrigerator and safe. I believe a standard hotel room should have these 2 basic things. Didn't manage to buy any food back to the hotel or clean my room because of this. FYI: There is no swimming pool, but there is a GYM. Limited dishes for breakfast but mee SOTO is delicious. Hotel is at a rather ULU place, so don't wonder off ALONE at night especially, always have a buddy or more people with you.

Review 12：The staffs were friendly and honest (mostly). However, they don't converse well in English. Will be good if you can pick up some melayu words. Also, to check on the price before taking the taxi.

Review 14：Back again stayed at this Hotel for Business Trip. I almost got no chance of booked it because it's really full booked. Fortunately I got it and put at 4th floor. Well this hotel is comfort as always based on its star and price. My experience for it, Next time I can't book it suddenly anymore otherwise it will full booked.

Review 20：We booked Nogaya One through this site. Price and rating quite interesting. So we chose over this hotel. After hotel arrival, we took a quick nap first with huge Family Room. Actually the room is kinda unique with double side door wardrobe. I have to say that this room is quite clean and comfort. Evening time, we go on trip to windsor foodcourt from hotel with shuttle bus. Wow. That place is big for a city like this with Center Bar for Booze. The food there almost great with exotic taste especially seafood there and nice for hangout too. In the morning, we had a breakfast with fried rice, sausage, soup, and nice cup of coffee. Good job Chef. For sum up, with all good rating and great services like this the price is very cheap. I highly recommend this Hotel Nagoya one for you guys.

Review 30：WI-FI was really lousy as the routers are not placed strategically. We are only able to use the WI-FI either when we were in the hotel lobby or in front of another person's room. AMENITIES provided to us was extremely bare. There was no refrigerator or safe box in our room.

Review 32：I booked it on a Friday but to our knowledge, we were going to check in late at night around 11. I had forgotten to inform the staff beforehand. Amazingly, they gave a call in the afternoon to ask if we were coming anyway. This is not known to many hotels but its basic courtesy. Some hotels immediately charge our credit cards without prior knowledge. Yes, I am aware of the terms and conditions but a verbal exchange would be more comforting. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles. Our designated driver was cheerful and kind. He recommended a new spa that's not overpriced. We loved the spa. He even suggested to buy certain items we were looking for at another area as he compared the prices. He was genuinely concerned and made sure we had a lot of fun on our trip. We treated him to dessert and he politely accepted. My partner and I will always remember Mr Indra, who made our trip worthwhile. Thank you for your service. Hotel-wise, bed was comfortable, toilet was clean. Restaurant staff was able to deliver upon our requests. Location was superb, 5-7 min drive to Nagoya Hill Mall. We're a simple couple so we don't have high expectations for luxury. We're very contented with our stay. Once again. thank you.

Review 33：- WIFI difficult to maintain connection - Poor breakfast selection. Only 2 hot main items (fried rice & kwey tiao), 2 side items (hotdogs & hard boiled eggs) and a little pastries. - Hot shower didn't work. Regardless which side you turn the knob, the water is still cold.

Review 37：the cleanliness of the toilet is really bad, the aircond keeps switching on and off even after the worker came to fix it. the worker came to fix it for a few times in the middle of the night and didnt bother to take off their shoes when entering the room. my friend even fell sick due to the aircond condition for 2 days.

Review 39：This is truly the worst hotel stay in my life with my family. From entrance to the lift to the rooms, it was a smoking choking environment. I certainly will never stay in this hotel again and will never recommend to anyone. Bed sheets and comforter are stained and towels are brown. There were also bed bugs as my sister was itching all over on the bed and could not sleep.

Review 44：I got an extra bed (its like a portable bed) which has a lose screw below. We have to lie on in the centre if not the bed gets folded by itself. We called the reception & was told that there will be someone coming over to solve the problem but no one ever came. We went out of the room the nxt day in the morning and came back at 4plus noon, they still have not tidy up the room.
