Review 6：The rooms are large and airy. We really didn't use any of the kitchen facilities/explore the area as we just wanted a shower and a clean bed before departing the following morning for the ferry to Balos. The owner was friendly, welcoming and we got excellent coffee (cheap) the following morning prior to departure. The room for 3 was a bargain.

Review 9：Kolymvari is in a great position to visit western Crete. Karmi studios is just 5 minutes from the national road (30 minutes from Chania, 15 minutes from Kissamos, less than 1 hour from Balos and Falassarna and just above 1 hour from Elafonissi and Paleochora). The apartments are close to 3 markets (1 Carrefour and 2 local ones) which can be reached also by walking approximately 5/10 minutes. A pebbles beach is quite close, on the other side of the road; it is not a great one compared to Crete standards, but it is still good for a swim. Karmi studios also offers a swimming pool in the back of the apartments complex. There was plenty of space in the room, and the forniture was essential but OK for preparing a meal; our room had a TV with a few Greek channels. Wi-fi was working fine in all the structure. Free parking just in front of the door.

Review 11：This place was perfect we stayed just one night but we used the pool and had a lovely stay. Very nice church to visit just beside and the beach is close too. Moreover, Costa the host is very friendly. Recommanded!

Review 14：Unfortunately we did not like the swimmingpool very much because of the condition of he water, it was not clear. Every day there was put some chlorine in to it, but the water quality was never tested.
Review 15：The appartement with balcony was more than sufficient for the four of us. Although it is located at a main road we never experienced to much noise. Breakfast at our balcony in the early morning was so nice and quiet. We recommend this appartement because it has all value for the money !

Review 34：good choice to stay if you want to travel around. Not much to see or to do in the town. The beach is stony (by car 2 min) ,but still good to swim. The hotel is not big, clean, friendly.
Review 35：The apartments are really comfortable and clean, and the position is very close to a nice beach. Corinna and Costas are perfect guests, always ready to give you a special suggestion or any help you need.
Review 36：I can't say: "I didn't like" something in particular. some people will not like the beach as it is with pebbles. for some people the port and area will be too quiet. I was happy in any case!
Review 37：the owners and staff were fantastic. the price of the room with a kitchenette was ridiculously low. if you are looking for peace and tranquility the location is perfect. and you also know you are very close to some fantastic places either by bus (very good service) or car, (hania, balos etc. ) the little port nearby has places to eat and for me one fantastic bar that looks at the entire bay. (i went in the middle of september)
Review 38：First night we suffered the noise from the road which is very near, but after we didn't notice it so much. The pool would be more attractive with some kind of bar service included, or some lounge music maybe, but it's not relevant. Maybe they do it during the high season.
Review 39：We liked the kindness of Mr Costa, good communication via facebook before our arrival (checking some details), simple but all-you-need equipped studio, very clean (cleaned 3 times during 7 days) and the value for money rate which was really great. Because, nowadays is already "normal" to find bad things instead of what was promised or illustrated in pictures. The location is very good, with the little help of our owner Costa we found everything easily :-)
