Review 1：Lights were dusty and shower area water couldn't drain out.Breakfast was tasteless but, hey there are other great eating place near by.

Review 3：the location is an advantage, as there is a nearby foodcourt call A2 (Like a mini newton circle in sg) and walking distances to mall. we had a choke toilet, and we called up the reception, within 2 mins, the maintenance came to our room and assist. breakfast is acceptable. overall, is a pleasant stay!

Review 4：The water heater in the hotel wasn't working well. Have to keep calling the reception before you gonna have your shower/bath. To ask their engineer to fix the water heater. And have to wait approximately 1hr or so to be able to take your shower.

Review 13：There was no hot water for shower even though my spouse waited for 10 mins in the shower room. The water heater did not turn hot. Breakfast buffet spread was below standard. On Saturday after the first night, there were chicken served. Unfortunately, on the next day Sunday morning breakfast, there was totally no meat or fish served.

Review 17：It was meant to be my husband birthday surprise & ultimate is my 1st wedding anniversary. Did ask for some cake or room deco as complimentary but was asked to pay Rp800,000. We stay 3d2n, was not inform either that room do not hv any mini fridge.Breakfast on the first day was totally turned off. Definitely not a comeback for us thou area of stay is good.

Luckily we book another executive rooms with fridge so that the other guest can cool thier drinks in our fridge. As fo the executive rooms,been the couple of times ans this time round we got the executive rooms with 1 aircon for the large room. The aircon was not cold even we put it at 17degree.Cant really sleep at night since it was very warm. Call for service n the guy only wash the dirty filter.Room was not vacumn as we can still see dirt from the previous guest.

Review 54：The service of the hotel counter staff and transport was great!! Compare to my past 5 times stay in a year at Gideon. My stay this time in April has made me so Dissappointed with the AC. Its made my stay so uncomfortable.

Review 55：No fridge and the 2 rooms that we had on level 3 had cigarette smell throughout. One of us changed to a room on level 4 after a blackout in our room. There was a vast difference in the smell. Level 4 has fresher air. However, not sound proof as we were able to hear what people in the corridor were talking about. Towels are quite dirty. Staff can speak very limited English.

This is the most memorable trip where we felt like home.

Lots of massages and spa nearby. A2 food court just opp hotel but food not very nice. Lots of other coffee shops around hotel. Food are not bad. Hotel staff very friendly, always open door for us. I can see the effort in increasing their breakfast buffet spread.
