Review 1：Stuff didn't speak any English. Even at the reception they struggled with the language. We felt that we missed out since there was no printed info in English, except schedule for children. Our children hardly participated in group activities since everything was in Hungarian and some German. The wifi was very choppy.

Review 2：There was a lot to do for children. Even our teenager enjoyed himself. Food was ok, but I can't tell that it was excellent. Well thought facilities for family's with children.

Review 3：We stayed for 7 nights here with twin boys who are just 2 months old. The Hotel is not good value for money if you have kids younger than 2 years. You can benefit from the activities once you have older kids than this age. The Hotel arranges babysitting service for extra, but it is not easy to find an English speaking babysitter who is good at her job..

Review 4：You can go everywhere with stroller, the hotel even provides stroller and baby bath equipments. The food was good, baby swimming lesson was fun.

Review 8：Beautifully placed and mantained area and buildings, comfortable rooms, lots of attractions for kids, separate pool for adults only, food ok, close to nice towns: Heviz and Keszthely - both worth seeing

Review 9：Its difficult to explain why its so good for family, but there are so many details which you cant see on a website which the kids loved, and made it enjoyable for the parents. It seemed quite expensive when we booked it, but was the childrens highlight of our holiday, and well worth it.

Review 10：The room we got did not look like the ones on the pictures, it looked old, the window did not close properly, the toilets were stinking all the time, the cleaning staff did a poor job on the cleaning as well, a bit more expected from a 4-star resort.

Review 11：Location is great, the whole complex is interconnected, so you can go from your apartment building to the spa/fitness even in bad weather without having to get dressed. Kids have tons of free time activities, playgrounds on every corner.
