Review 1：The WiFi was really very bad. Not at all stable and often you couldn't connect at all. The rooms are nice enough but not so comfortable considering the price. I think they look good, but the comfort isn't there. The sound quality of the TV is awful.

Review 2：The pool areas are amazing and the spa is very nice. There are lots of activities for kids and families. Also enjoyed aqua aerobics in the main pool.

Review 3：The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere.. Kolymvariis practically the hotel and mini market near by so you won't be walking around... stuck at the hotel at the evening. That's why the food is very expensive at the hotel.

Review 4：Quite remote in terms of location, restaraunts on site are not very good quality or value, can travel elsewhere to get much better meals for half the price. Lots of families not ideal for couples without kids.

The wifi does not work properly outside the main reception building. The Blue Dong is one of the worst Asian restaurants we have ever visited.

Review 10：In the end of September - beginning of October 2014 I rested with the whole family (4 adults and two children) in Avre. More negative impressions we have not experienced in the past 15 years traveling over the world. Beautiful pictures on the hotel's website does not correspond to reality. Everything in order.1. The beach does not correspond to the level of five-stars hotel: located outside the hotel, in order too get on it one has to pass through a busy road next to it, some wasteland, a rusty fence of the grid construction, the beach itself is tucked away on the hotel staff, I even cut a foot on glass, directly across the beach into the water is withdrawn a sewer pipe into the sea (nonsense) nestled how tarpaulin !!!! Area for swimming in the sea is not fenced by buoys. Beach towels can be obtained only in the hotel, that is 200-300 m from the beach. Beach volleyball and water-based activities are not available at all. 2. The hotel itself is located between 2 roads, surrounded by a real Greek village with its relevant views from the window: the abandoned or unkempt house, cluttered areas, garbage heaps, pets, etc. The property is large and some buildings are located in the 600-700 m from the beach, right after the second road - the Kolymbari road, are moving trucks and buses.3. The staff of the Hotel is unfriendly, almost all of our requests were not satisfied, in response - only an attendants smile and eternal "sorry".Initially, we were shown a room and told that it will be settled in 2 hours (we arrived at the hotel by 12.00), but after we settled in the room next to the road with a view of the unfinished building and plowed field. All this was explained due to the absence of our room categories and the possibility to change it only on a next day. However, we moved to a normal room only after 5 days. By the way, in both didn't work poor drainage (water stood in the shower).

Review 12：The first room was over the plant room for the main complex over night noise from that room affected our sleep the first night. The second room we were moved to was not cleaned in particular the bathroom to the standard one should expect. The drains in the bath room at one stage flooded the WC floor. The wardrobe door did not close properly at times this meant the internal light stayed on. The safe door failed to open which was as a result of a faulty mechanism which was repaired by the maintenance staff who tried to repair the wardrobe door.

Review 14：The reception placed another couple in the room we had booked so we wereplaced in a lower standard room and told this situation would berectified in the morning-this did not happen and we were not placed inthe room we had booked until day three of our stay. The "doublebed"in our room was two singles pushed together,leaving a gapbetween both mattresses.The wifi was not only slow but intermittent. Thefood in the buffet was repetitive. This hotel gets the small thingswrong, causing annoyance-eg 4Euro room service charge.We were thenincorrectly billed on check out to the extent of 100Euro,in an itemisedbill that was presented in Greek,which took a quite a while to clear up.To the hotels defence,they gave us a cake to celebrate a birthday duringour stay-however we needed to leave this cake outside to thaw for a halfhour as it was still frozen.To sum it up,the avra is a beautiful hotelthat is let down by the finer details.

Review 15：This hotel has beautiful grounds that are immaculately kept.The swimmingpools are great and so is the pool bar.The restaurant staff areexceptionally friendly.

I complained and they answered they will change my room tomorrow, because there were only 3 people presnt at the time!!! Next morning I was told that in Order to get a room with double bed I must pay 70,00€/day more !!!!!!
