Review 1：The property is located on one of the main roads into Armidale. For those used to traffic noise this will not be an issue. We are not used to traffic and thought the property was in a quieter setting. That was the only downside to the accommodation.

Review 3：The accommodation was beautiful, Archie was more than happy to come to us to complete the bill, even in the rain. The accommodation was clean, warm and very cosy. Pity the rain otherwise my daughter would have loved to go out and see the horses. Perfect place to stay, will def stay there again if im ever in Armidale. Just perfect.
Review 4：MINOR inconvenience: poor weather played havoc with the WIFI and phone reception signals, but was definitely out of everyone's control and could not be avoided.

Review 7：Great location,away from the road, but not too far from anywhere. Horses all around us Great location fro runs in the morning (or at anytime). Wonderful owners, great reception...they made you feel welcome.

Review 9：This property was large and well appointed. I was in a 1 bedroom apartment and the rooms were all spacious and well decorated. The apartments look fairly new and contin all the mod cons fo a comfortable and relaxing stay. I paticularly liked the walk in wardrobe which offered an enormous amount of clothing and bag storage which is often at a premium in most places. I also reallyenjoyed the Rural settting which althuogh only 5 km from the centre of the city afforded a quiet atmosphere to relax and gather ones thoughts after a long day at work. It was also very conducive to sleeping and athough close to the New England Highway i did not hear any noise. Overall the experience was fantastic and I recommend this property to travellers for business or pleasure.
