Review 1：Should daily change the menu of the breakfast spread. Not much choices of main course

Review 2：Love the cleanliness and the space of the room. Friendly staff is another plus point.

Review 3：The building is extremely run down, though the rooms were renovated but still not in a good state. The balcony tiles were stained and dirty without furniture. Fridge was not cold. The wifi router were far away and unable to reach our room hence no WIFI connection as they claimed. Creaking chair. The phone in the room unable to reach the front desk. I tried calling room services to support but the staff was not willing to help which resulted that I have to walk down to the front desk for assistance. The water were left in the bathtub with sandy and reddish substances. As the hotel is near the main street, it was noisy to sleep during the night as the sound from vehicle travelling can be irritating.

Review 9：My check in time of 3 pm was delayed to 4pm, due to room not yet ready as front counter said housekeeping cleaning up the room. Disappointed and Angry when check into the room and surprised to see bed bedsheet and blanket messy, left over food packets on dresser table and unclean bath tub. Asked to wait 1 hour for nothing and have to wait another half an hour to clean up the room, poor in service on this. Experienced on check in time was disappointing too, queue of behind 3 guests had to wait for 40 minutes and check out too had to wait 30 minutes behind 2 guests, indeed very slow on clearing

Review 11：Food too salty.. Bed had bed bugs.. Room had Mosquitos. Service was really bad. Staff could speak English properly. Not even proper basic... Swimming pool was not clean.

Review 15：The front office, It took a lot time for check in and it was not busy at that time (we are the only guests there as i can see). The receptionist told us they did not have double bed, and later on they gave us double bed after I said i have booked a double bed room. The facilities, The sound protection was poor. I woke up twice by the people laughing in the next room at mid night and the children who playing and yelling in the swimming pool in the early morning (about 6am). The room, The wall was peeling, looks very dirty. The blanket cover was smelly, looks did not changed from the last guest. I have to asked them to change it for me. Overall, this is NOT a FOUR stars hotel. it was not a good experience. I think i would not book the hotel again.

Review 19：In front of the hotel tons of wasted garbage were lying in front of the hotel. Its unhygenic to the surrounding. Watching tv channel was a constant hassle due to signal jammed. Wifi was a bit off and unable to clear signal on level 3.

Review 20：The hotel staff were nice and helpful and we were able to check in early without any hassle as we came early morning. Breakfast was a spread and a personal chefti cook ur eggs in the morning. And catching up a new movie was mins away from the hotel. It cost 15k rupiah per person. Eating Seafood was near the seaside was nice view during the nite

Review 70：I don't see that i can do anything in the hotel eg. like activity etc. Swimming pool is small and it's 'out of order'. Breakfast spread is quite limited and slow flow if to compare to other hotel which carry the same price/per stay. GGi hotel really need to do something about the outdoor seating as the whole environment is boring. Hotel price a bit too high if all the above mentioned is not met.

Review 71：I would say the rooms are good,clean and nice decor. Toilet is a bit cramp but fitted with bathtub. Nice looking lobby.

Review 72：No hair dryer in the room and what we request was bit noted by thefront office!Me and fiance went to have bfast on 1st sep to have our bfast. 1st: Food at the cafe was cold. 2nd: the a long hair girl who came around 8.15am, hair was not tied and kept playing and touching her hair, the worst thing is she handle food!
