Just a 10-minute walk from Lake Hévíz and a 5-minute walk from the center of town, Aquamarin Hotel has well-equipped rooms that include cable TV and bathrooms with shower. Most of the rooms also have a balcony.
The use of the hotel's spa areas is free for guests. There are 2 indoor pools and one all-year outdoor pool. Two of the pools use water from the hotel’s own thermal spring.

Review 1：1) It would have been better if the bathrobes had been included in the package. 2) Unfortunately you cannot change wet towels in the sauna and pool zone.

Review 3：There was only one chanel on TV in english, all other were hungarian and russian language. Breakfast were almost the same every day but not bad.Dinner was quite tasty, changing every day.What made me upset is that I wanted to take one day an apple to eat it in our room and they took it from me because it is not allowed but I saw many other people taking it with no problem,usually Hungarian guests. The same problem was with offering paid drinks during dinner, they never came to ask us for order. I think they should treat everyone the same way.

Review 4：The room and hotel were clean. 2 pools filled with water from hotel's spring were great. Hotel have good location, about 10 min to the lake.

Review 5：It is not hotel but sanatorium!!!!!! Full of very sick, old people -with all respect to them! With doctors and all medical stuff on board.They should never advertise as a hotel!!!!!!!! Especially with the pricelike 80 Euro / night. Booking.com should check it up and remove fromhotel's list. Nobody seeks english there... Everything is 40 yo andthe swimming pool is no more then puddle. Highly overpriced!

Review 6：Completely worn out hotel. Rotten wooden windows, rust, old-fashioned furniture, sticky carpet, broken taps and shower, dead flies in lighting equipment, bad smelling swim pool hall, loose tiles, leaking roofing, bleak characterless restaurant. Diner from 4.30 PM (!!!) till 7.30 PM, it was impossible to get something to eat when we checked in at 8.15 PM . We booked for 4 nights but checked out already after 1 night.

Review 8：Worn out windows and doorframes, uncomfortable, worn out bedclothes and pillows, low quality chairs and table in the room (original from 70's) very rude pool staff in crowded sauna, waiter in restaurant handled rice with hand, extra payment for internet in the room etc.

Review 14：The location (close to the center and to the famous lake) and as No. 1 - the hotel´s own hot termal spring (two inside pools and one outside). We´ve enjoyed them more that the lake - very convenied and less people :-) Very good and plentiful buffets for breakfasts and dinners. Pleasant and helpful staff, no problem with English. It was a pleasant stay.
