Review 1：Worst dinner of my life! Every kind of dish (pasta, soup, meat) was cold!! 1 hour before dinner ends we could find almost nothing to eat!! At 19:30 the half of the buffet had disappeared. The left was cold and flavorless. It wasn't a 4-stars service. Unfortunately when we mentioned it to the hotel staff they remained disinterested....

Review 7：A bit too old fashioned rooms, bathroom was clean but really old feeling. TV was too small. No drink bar or a comfortable place to sit and have a chill out with other guests.
Review 8：Food, in house thermal bath, location and the fact that the hotel is literally 20 steps from the spa. I liked that the price included breakfast and dinner plus free entry to the spa lake.
Review 9：Hotel felt more like a hospital than a hotel. Entry to the lake required a deposit in cash, then we were refused entry to the wellness centre which was promised with the room. Loads of flies on food at dinner and basic food which was left standing for hours.

Review 20：Unique location, just 200 meters from the lake. Very good installations including pool, sauna and jacuzzi. You will be provided with full day free entrance tickets to the lake baths / spa. Very helpful and kind staff.
Review 21：Terribly noisy place - bad sound-proofness, I could hear my neighbourssnorring. Moreover, noise was alsocoming from outside - works in thepark started at 6am. Cleaning and medical personnel on the ground floorwere also not very quiet.

Review 24：Number to the opposite side from the lake isn't worse than with view of the lake. The lake all the same isn't visible. It at all doesn't bad feeling. The exclusive bonus of hotel is proximity to the lake and opportunity to go in a bathrobe to it.
Review 25：Staff is helpful, smiling and funny. Lake is great, but not for no-swimmers. You can walk in your bathrobe through the city and nobody cares.
