Review 1：The staff were extremely helpful, prepared to help book different activities and just generally some of the best hotel staff I've ever dealt with. The rooms seemed such good value for money with beautiful beds and decorations. I would definitely recommend staying here

Review 3：The hotel was beautiful from start to finish. The staff collected us from the port and drove us to the front door. They also helped us get a discounted deal on quad bikes and water sports. The breakfast was amazing every day as well as the cocktails. The rooms were cleaned every day and the entire hotel was always spotless. The staff always said hello and goodbye as you came and went and if felt very personal which was a rare and excellent touch. There was a mix of young friends, families and older couples. However the hotel was always tranquil and relaxing. Especially relaxing around the infinity pool. Highly recommended.

Review 4：Upon arrival, we had made the mistake of not being precise with our room requirements - entirely our fault. However, one of the receptionists was very quick to become aggressive and defensive with us. She was also quite unpleasant at check out when asking (again) if we were paying in cash when we had already said that we would at check in.

Review 7：The staff were wonderful. We felt extremely welcome from the moment we arrived, and continued to enjoy speaking with them. The rooms were cleaned daily, and it felt as though we were right at home. The staff helped us whatever we needed. We couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommend!

Review 8：Restaurant only served snacks. Walk to and fro beach was very steep, not suitable for people with mobility problems. Single beds pushed together for a superior double room. No robes or slippers like stated for room rate. None of these spoilt our stay!!

Review 10：We were welcomed at the port by the owner Marco who drove us up to the hotel late on a Thursday evening. The hotel is beautiful, set on a tranquil hillside away from the Ios hustle and bustle, with an infinity pool and comfortable stylish sun loungers to relax upon. Alex runs the well stocked bar and is very friendly, welcoming us with a drink on the house from Marco for our honeymoon. We stayed in room 8, which is huge, with a lovely simple Greek island design, four poster bed, spare sofa to sit upon, powerful shower and large balcony overlooking the bay. Every morning we were served a substantial breakfast buffet on comfortable seats overlooking the pool. Nothing was too much trouble, with Penny helping us to arrange car hire, (v. cheap) taxis and recommending restaurants. We had a lovely time and fully recommend.

Review 11：The wifi did not work properly and the staff was unable to do anything about it. we had requested a double bed but such a room was not available even though the hotel was not full while we were there. The devil is in the details: the breakfast area needs more shaded space; the setup of the bathrooms is not adequate for the storage of personal toiletries; the parking area is too small for the size of the hotel.

Review 14：Friendly staff, stunning view over Mykonos and just out of (above) the loud town. The pool area was great and cocktails were fantastic. The view from our balcony each morning was so pretty, and we found it really easy to get to everywhere we needed to go, from here. We had a scooter, but we walked some days into the town. It's very steep coming back, but after the huge, yummy breakfast in the hotel, we were happy to work off some of the calories! Great location if you want to be out of town, and sweet, pretty rooms. They also gave us a choice of which room we wanted when we got there, so that was great!

Review 16：Sooo.... we where 13 people having a Bachelor party So we rented 4 rooms two junior deluxe and two suites with a pool the hotel is amazing!!! every little thing was perfect the staff is really nice and kind even though we made some noise they were really understanding and let us having fun the rooms are perfect, everything you need in vacation at ios. breakfast is really good Thank you very much for letting us have so much fun !! the best location you can walk into town or walk into farout beach club

Review 17：There is NO Infiniti pool as the photos suggest, very misleading and the staff didn't seem to care. The wifi is non existent despite asking 3 times this was never fixed.

Review 22：For us this place was perfect. We were a few hundred metres from the beach (yes its steep!) and about a 15 min walk into town, brilliant. Very boutique feel to the styling, which was nice and lovely pool area that was very relaxing.

Review 28：Everything! Staff lead by Irene and Speros were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are delightful and all have a wonderful beach view. You don't need to be in Hora in fact we enjoyed being away and either walking or taking the bus in when we fancied. The breakfast is the best we have had throughout our travels in Greece. I was surprised that there were plenty of restaurants in the area. You will not be disappointed. I'd say don't look any further if you want a little out of town and the beach, pool, great food and service this is it. Speros, you are the best.

Review 29：If you struggle getting up and down steep hills and steps it's quite a walk down to the beach. It will keep you fit. You Can get a quad bike for 20euros a day which can get you around locally.

Review 35：We stayed there for 5 nights (24th-29th July) and we don't have a single bad comment for our stay. The staff was fantastic, helpful and kind. We had an excellently decorated room and we enjoyed one of the most amazing breakfast buffets we ever had. We sure hope to see you again in the future.

Review 36：Paid for a superior room but got a sub-standard one. The bathroom smelled upon entering, one of the two shower doors was missing, and there was an old used bar of soap left in the shower, which had mold and mildew all around. One of the bedside lamps is only there for decorative purposes, since there is no outlet nearby for it to be plugged in. The décor of the "superior" room was ordinary at best. Either I didn't get the "superior" room I paid for (the receptionist said it was in fact the superior room), or this is far from a "luxury boutique hotel" that it claims to be. The wifi internet didn't work 98% of the time, but receptionist claims that is not a hotel problem, it's an island problem. When told about the missing shower door, she said she'd send someone to take a look, but of course no one ever showed up, and when it was mentioned again at check-out she said they'd ordered a new door. The free transfer back to the port is only available if other guests haven't already requested it before you, in which case you're told you need to take a taxi. The breakfast staff always looked moody and like guests were invading their space. This hotel offers very little value for money, relies too much on its views and forgets about everything else. I'll be returning to Ios, but will definitely stay somewhere else and would not recommend this hotel.

Review 39：This was the only hotel that we had that gave us free transfers and even emailed us the night before arriving asking for our arrival times. The room was basic and what we had paid for so we were very happy with that. Bed was comfy...and T.V worked. The location of the hotel was down a mammoth hill that was killer to get back up but took 2 mins down to the beach and it was only a 10 min walk into the town which was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful in any way possible.

Review 41：mr markos was very nice, picking us up from the ferry terminal and dropping us back at the end. breakfast was decent, hot and cold options and sweet treats. pool was in a good location on the hillside overlooking the beach. rooms were basic but comfortable. 5 mins walk down the hill to the centre of mylopotas beach, but about 20 minutes to the village.

Review 42：This is not a party hotel if that's what you're looking for. Our first room was not the expectation shown on the web, after a quick complaint we received what we paid for. The room did not look very clean and there was pee in the toilet. The next day it was cleaned properly. The walk to the beach is confusing and difficult.

The island has not been greatly developed so this was a big pull too. Everyone was very friendly and spoke English. There were lots of cafes and restaurants. The room at the hotel was lovely with its own private balcony and sea view and private bathroom. All very clean. Everything was pleasing to the eye!
