Review 1：Having the fact that there are four working lifts, getting up and down from our apartment was such a big hassle. Hotel should consider having a special service lift(s) for their staffs especially their housekeeping/maintenance crew to carry out their work as all four lifts serves every floor and everyone uses the same four lifts, lifts are super slow. Hotel could also consider programming two lifts to serve the lower floors and two other lifts to serve the upper floors. Wi-Fi connection in the room is poor, we were unable to connect at all during our short stay there. Hope the hotel could work to improve on these.

Review 2：Location of hotel is great, accessibility to a nearby mall (BCS Mall) and also other malls is within a short distance. Cleanliness of apartment is well maintained. Thumbs up! Our two bedroom apartment was spacious!

Review 3：we found there was no fridge in the room which came as a big shock as most hotels are nowadays furnished with a fridge. it does not make any economic sense for a four star property not to furnish their rooms with a fridge.I SUGGEST THAT BOOKING.COM SHOULD HIGHLIGHT this in the room facilities.

Review 5：The service is excellent. When the aircon is hot the maintenance staff is fast and efficient. Room was very clean. The food has a lot of varieties. Overall we have a pleasant stay.

Review 6：The apartment seem to be vacant for quite some times. Whenever when we are bathing or going washroom, the water came out was disgusting as the water seem like kind of came from drainage water and staffs did not confirm with customers about the number of Pax staying per room.

Review 9：i love how smiley the staffs are to us. every question answered politely without giving any unwanted expressions. eg: we thought we got the apartment suite as it was stated in the booking.com but they keep on saying that it was an apartment instead. (difference is that suite has a jacuzzi while apartment dont) we were unhappy at first but was told that suite is meant for max group of 3 people. so twas our bad. The apartment was huge and clean, just that we saw 1 cockroach at the kitchen on the night of our stay and outside of the window of our bedrooms are filthy dirty. forgivable cuz it didnt really affect us but hope that can be improve! overall, we really love the stay in bcc hotel and residence. ;)

Review 10：Yesterday when I stayed there, there was a little problem with the bathroom and the television remote control, for example water drain stopper in the bathroom and the tv remote was always slow sometimes can not be used.

Review 14：We came to the room and found that the pipe was out. Out bathroom was wet but staff were prompt in coming to fix the problem. However, we found drank mineral water in our fridge and packets of stale food in our microwave oven. Most of the mocktail drinks in the menu was not available too. Breakfast was too crowded and the bed was not at all comfortable.

Review 15：This is my second trip there. The first was for a honeymoon visit which turned out really really good. The second was with family, but the standard went down (7 months apart). The staff however are very friendly. The hotel itself has not much amnesties but we were ok with that. Again, the staff were very friendly.

Review 21：This is my first time staying in BCC. Very disappointed with front counter services. They are very rude and even accused me of consuming the mineral water in the room which we did not even touch it at all.

We paid for 1pax additional breakfast for 2 days but when we go for breakfast at the lobby the staff told us that we have to pay extra. I've already told and explain to her that payment been given on the first day when we check in. So she check and told us that the Customer Service named Vani did not update her. On the 2nd day the same thing happen again when we go for breakfast and i have to explain again the same thing. 5. They call us to inform that we have to check out at 12pm latest but upon the check in the room is not ready for us at 2pm. 6. Check out took us about 1hr. The customer service were very slow. POOR SERVICE!

Review 29：The room 1820 was not clean throughly. There were crackers, cracker wrapper, and even vicks bottle underneath the massage sofa. I have to call room service to come up n re vacuum the room. However, on BCC part, I have to say that they were prompt in sending someone to clean the room. We were not able to get extra pillow for my boys room 1520 as the hotel was fully booked. Shouldn't the hotel have more pillows in store or at least a handful of pillows or blanket in store for moments like this?

Review 30：The premier room was spacious and the view from the 3 rooms were excellent. From my room, I can see Singapore MBS hotel. The bathtub was a dream. My grandniece had a wonderful time using it @1820. My boys too had superb time in their @1520 room. The staffs were polite n helpful.

Review 31：Cleanliness of room needs improvement esp bedlinen. They were stained and looked unironed. Check out process was unnecessary. Q was long because guests has to wait for housekeeping to confirm with front desk. Confirm what we have no idea as the mini bar was empty and room was fully paid.

Review 33：We had a company retreat. Booked 2 rooms. One 3 bedroom apartment and another premium suite. The apartment at level 6, had a bad smell as soon as u come out of the lift. All the way till our 3 bedroom apartment. The premium suite was on the 12th storey. It doesn't have a bad smell just that out room had cockroaches. Small tiny ones coming out of the makeup mirror wardrobe beside the tv console. Also the premium suite bath tub was a jacuzzi and it doesn't work. The water stopper was broken, hence the water could not fill up. The shower trap hole was choked that every time we showered, water will flow out of the shower cubicle and wet the whole toilet floor.

Review 37：D.I.Y Plug in the T.V. POOR TV QUALITY! Spoilt air-con control. Sofa was very low. Could have allocated a better type of sofa where families could sit together e.g. 3 + 2 Type. Masterbed room toilet has glass partition. You don't expect to do your "business" while your partner is looking right? Breakfast was not good. Diluted milk, super tasteless porridge and many more... Room condition was like a cheap hotel, poor maintenance of the false ceiling, aircon perimeter, featured wall area etc..

Review 40：An old hotel that has huge rooms. But a little aged and need some upgrading works. Even towel looked very old, though clean I'm sure. Lightings in my room 2118 is far too dim, and white light (not warm light). Location is convenient coz near to BCS mall, and has plenty hotel taxis on standby. We only stayed one night, was alright except for the very dim lightings in room and bathroom. In the day it definitely looks alright with natural window lights and coastal view. If it's upgraded, am sure will be a more welcoming place to stay. Staff are all very polite and nice. Breakfast selection is basic and good too.

Review 41：Check in & check out took very long. During check out, the staff said we consumed 3 big bottles of water from the minibar when we only took one! Turned out that their hskp staff only put 2 bottles in our apartment instead of the usual 4 bottles. They need to have consistent standards.

Review 56：Check-in very slow. Booking rooms via booking.com using debit card is tojust secure the booking. During check-in, I informed the staff that Iwas using debit card and unlike credit card a security deposit need tobe hold. I insist that the total amount to be charged but the staffinsist on holding. And the total amount in my debit card was held.During check out, actual amount has to be paid which is equivalent tothe "hold" amount. I check my bank account balance and theavailable amount was less the "hold" amount. Then the actualamount to be charged is deducted. Now my bank account available balanceis less twice the amount that supposed to be charged. According to thestaff, the "hold" amount will be refunded back to my accountafter 14 working days. This is totally unnecessary. If the staff hadcharged the full amount during check-in, there will be no problem of anymoney being less. Will there be guarantee that my "hold" moneybe refunded after 14 working days? Due to different exchange rate, willI lose further when refunded?

Review 64：Room nom 1707 is full of small little cockroaches in the room and Even in the bathroom.! the whole room smell of a guy's perfume. Look like the housekeeping spray the whole bottle of perfume including the bedsheet! The bedsheet look like it wasnt changed as the stain remain! Keycard was given only 1 per room despite the room is for 2 person. Elevator was super slow during the weekend. Aircon was auto off during the night and u will wake up feeling warm!

On second day, our cards could not scan in the elevator and we had to ask the staff for assistance. Turns out that they probably didn't know we were staying 2 nights

The other toilet having locking problem. During checkout the receptionist has to hold us for a while as they need the housekeeping teams to check on the room condition before letting us go.

Review 97：Dirty towels. Recurring card error on daily basis. Couldn't tap on the room and elevator. All lift lobbies on all levels do not have a in-house phone. This is an inconvenience as it requires guests to go all the way down to the lobby to reinstate the card. On checkout date, counter staff insisted there was an extra bed provided. But we already cancel on the day of check-in and no extra bed was placed in the room for 3Ds 2Ns. They insisted we have it. I told them to check their cctv and check with the housekeeping. It took them 30mins to do this

Also toilet door hard to close n flush in toilet doesn't work! Ask for 2 more towels but staff said only limited to 4! We stayed in 2 bedroom apt! ask for more bottle water was also told limited to 4! Never bn in such a selfish hotel before!. Would they make a loss if each room just ask for water!. Also kettle in room takes a long time to boil. Not a really pleasant stay n checking out staff didn't smile at all. Omgee....shoddy service.

Review 105：Poor hygiene at room 1806. Cockroaches are are crawling everywhere. There is a disgusting stench in the room. There is knocking of doors in the middle of the night. When we requested for blanket, there is none, not even a piece of bedsheet. The breakfast venue is too congested and food was not refilled fast enough. We have requested for rooms closer to each other, but was not able to get the adjacent room. The other rooms that we booked was next to the lift shaft, so the whole night was disturbed by the sound made by the lift.

Bathroom Curtain spoil, hotel telephone spoil, toilet bowl cannot flush, bed was stained! Quite far from batam centre as the route having traffic jammed.

Review 117：It would b great if the buffet is served till 10am sharp. The breakfast spread was awesome on our 2nd day but on the 3rd day around 8.45am, the eggs section is already closed. We have paid $85,000 rupiah xtra for our helper but she only manage to eat a plate of fried rice with no eggs. I understand if the main dishes are gone but the eggs only took few minutes to cook.

Review 118：I am never going back to this hotel. I have travelled to batam several times. Have stayed in Gideon, Harmoni One Convention, Swiss Belhotel etc. This time wanted to try BCC since the location is convenient to BCS Mall n A2 foodcourt. But all 3 days were a disaster. There were 12 of us so we took 2 of the 3Bedroom Apartment. The rooms were dirty and smelly when we checked in. Towels were so dirty. All of us did not even use any of their towels as it was that bad! Th floors were sticky and dead cockroaches everywhere. Breakfast was terrible. Flies all over. On our final day, we had the worst experience. When we were checking out, they hold me back saying 2 towels were missing in one of the apartment. I keep explaining we did not even touch their towels. They refuse to let me go n keep arguing on this. And they wanted to fine me S$20 for each towel. How ridiculous. My ferry was at 2pm and they did not bother that i was running late. I was so frustrated that i said i will go back to the room to check on the towles again. When i went up, there were 4 towels. And that was what they have each apartment since they only had 2 toilets, so 2 towels in each toilet. But they keep arguing that they gav 6 towels. If that is the case, why didnt they had an issue for the other apartment i took. There were 4 towels also right. They made a mistake on the towels n they hold me back for no reason n yet can demand me to pay for their towels. I have been to so many 5 star hotels n no where they will make an issue over a towel. I am never coming back to this hotel. Poor service, dirty, and not worth the money. There is a new hotel nearby called "i hotel baloi" which is located near Square. I would highly recommend this hotel and also gideon hotel. They are located very near to bcs mall n A2 foodcourt. Pls stay away from BCC Hotel.

Review 119：I searched for a room for 4 at booking.com and premier suite was given. First it was 2 sofa not 2 sofa bed. So the extra big bed slept 3 of us with only 2 pillows. When extra 2 towels were requested, front staff told us to book 2 beded apartment to get 2 more towels. Took them a long time to agree on giving us 2 more blankets and in the end only one was delivered. One son has to sleep on the sofa without pillow. In the end they admitted they refused to give as they ran out of towels. It was very frustrating. Breakfast buffet - most food ran out by 9am plus

Review 121：No rooms available for check in until 4.30pm (2.5hrs late). Offered me smoking room when I already specifically mentioned non-smoking during reservation which I rejected. Asked for late check out as compensation but only allow +1 hour after much much negotiation. Those came in small group tour were given room immediately while we wait at lobby. No any sort of compensation offered. Breakfast food average selection.

Review 123：Lift is always full. Moreover. my fiance and i was stuck in the lift for about 10 mins when it breakdowns on our 2nd day. No cutleries in the apartment.

Review 126：Stayed on level 20 and we totally enjoyed the view we got from our room. Room was absolutely comfortable, spacious and tidy as well. But the best part of all, the location is fantastic! Very near BCS mall, some massage parlors and A2 foodcourt (basically ur Batam trip would suffice with the above mentioned).

Review 127：BCC hotel is in a strategic location near to BCS Shopping mall , A2 Food Court, a wet market and many wholesellers. The staffs are poliet and the apartment is extremely spacious. Price wise is reasonable.

Review 136：Check-in process took quite a long time, we queued at the check-in counter, but the staff seemed like they're busy with something and didn't attend to us immediately. Then after ard 20 min, we were directed to the check-out counter to check-in to the hotel. Comments on the room: - why is there a cooker hood, but no stove? - humid smell when we entered the room.

Review 137：Strategic location. Bedrooms are comfortable. Shower is good. Breakfast is nice and the breakfast place is quite spacious, too.
