Review 1：Excelent hotel for our winter vacation. Not far from the city center. Beautiful veiw from two balconies to the sea and Olimp. The rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was rich and tasty.

Review 3：The hotel is half an hour trip by car to the airport without traffic (opposite of Thessaloniki) It is very quiet, the staff ist very kind. Breakfast was great, and specially made for us earlier to the regular breakfast-timetable.

Review 7：The hotel is near the beach (under 10 minutes of walk), located on a quiet street, close to the main road. The place is clean and tidy, the staff is really great and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very generous. I recommend this place.

Review 8：On booking it was mentioned that there is a private beach. But this can be misleading since the sea was at least 15 min by car for the hotel. More care should be taken at breakfast since there was dark hair in it.

Review 10：We did not get the free ride to the airport, which was advertised and was the only reason why we chose the hotel. The hotel avoided to answer our e-mails where we asked to confirm that they will give us a ride to the airport. Once upon location, the staff were making all sorts of false excuses why they could not take us to the airport (the car is broken, the driver is not here). In the end, even though we asked for an official taxi, they still called a friend of the family who wouldn't give us a bill even though we asked for it twice. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience. The location is quite far from the center and the beach.

Review 12：Inconvenient location - too far from the town and the beach - which is not really private - everyone can go there and you have to compete for the sun beds; no curtain at the shower made the bathroom a big mess every time; very expensive taverna at the beach (40-50% more vs. down town).

Review 14：Very ample breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff which treated us like guests (not like customers) and created family atmosphere. Transfer from and to airport was included in the price!

Review 15：I was for a second time after two and a half years and unfortunately I was very disappointed of the room cleanliness...there was a hair on the floor and a lot of dust everywhere (on the tv, on the top of the bed etc.). When we were for the first time everything was perfect! Last weekend was our second time and I think maybe the last. They must to take care of the room cleanliness.

Review 17：The bed thing is that you can hear people in room next to to your, but that is problem to many hotels. This is small family hotel and the staff ( probably owners) were correct, but they can be more polite. We have serious problem with hot water, and from 3 days, I have managed to get a shower only once. The other 2 times, I finished frozen with wet hair.

Review 18：Rooms are good, spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped with good shower too. The breakfast was average, with coffee and milk, served in a smaller dining room on the firs floor.

Review 19：Don't want to dampen the review - as I would return. And I did like the place and the people. We had an issue with the hot water not working properly for 2-3 days. Then we were told a plumber came out to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. So we had 5/6 days with very little hot water (it was coming out hot then stopping after 1-2 miniutes). it would have been nice to have been offered another room where the water was working fine or have the problem looked into properly. Other than this - everything was great!

Review 20：Very clean throughout hotel & cleaning of rooms is every day with new towels. The cleaning and tidying up of the rooms is of a very good standard! Staff are polite and nice. Breakfast is continental & plentiful. Lots and lots of food for breakfast, she tries to work with you so you can eat what you want to eat. Shes a very helpful lady that does the best she can. Large room & the air/con/heating works well and is included in the room of the price which is nice.

Review 21：Far away from the beach (on the hill so the way back to the hotel is hard) The owner of the hotel owns a Tavern on the beach but there is no special discounts or advantages for the hotel guests. Then you don't have any motivation to chose it among other places on the beach

Review 23：- beach is a 10-15 minutes walk, but it won't hurt you and you can see the main street which is full of lovely shops and restaurants - a shower courtain could come handy in the bathroom - our phones sometimes could not connect to the wifi despite strong signal - not everyone in the staff speaks English (however they know Russian) which made communication a bit harder sometimes

The staff was extremly nice and supportive to all our wishes and needs. The place was tidy, cosy and stylish. Breakfast was rich and served in a very nice way. Review 62：The Tzakis family went out for their way to make us feel welcome especially as we both got a cold. Mr. Tzkis personally went to the pharmacy and got us medications as well as a huge bag of oranges. We are looking forward to returning to their hotel in Kallikrateia this spring.
