Review 6：The staff is very kind. All rooms have beautifull view at the tree park and sea. The eating area is pleasant, and the Christmas decoration is eye-catching. The hotel is located right near center and foothpath by sea. We are back here already, and would love to come again, for sure :)

Review 7：The hotel is not on the sea shore but very close to shore. The building is very old. Bathrooms are old fasion ed with curtains. Heating is with wall mounted AC and is very noisy.

Review 8：Establishment has a non-smoking policy in the rooms. This policy requires enforcement. Certain rooms have the odour of smoke. Customers do not respect this policy.

Review 9：Staff is well trained, friendly, polite and appropriately responsible. Everyone from the kitchen to reception to waiting staff was exceptional and ready to help. Location is ideal close to international airport, restaurants and the sea shore. I will definitely return.

Review 10：We arrived very late (after midnight) as my flight was quite late. The hotel was advised before and they was no problem at all with the late check-in. It is about 20-30' drive from Thessaloniki airport but conveniently situated for our onward journey to Halkidiki. I am very pleased we chose to stay here. A little gem of a place, exceptionally maintained and very popular for such a quiet period (we only realises at breakfast how popular it was, the night's sleep was completely uninterrupted). Staff were polite and courteous both at check-in, during breakfast, and check-out. The reception area is decorated to a high standard throughout, and our twin room didn't fall short of that either. Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities required. Staff had even turned the heating on before our arrival and we found a nice warm room. The shower was very good and hot in the morning, with soaps and shower gels as well as fresh towels provided. Breakfast was delighful, with a superb choice that I have only seen in 4 and 5-star hotels in Greece. Good quality pastries and yoghurts and hot english breakfast as well. Very pleasant breakfast room and view of the small pool outside. I can't comment on the location (as we only stayed one night), other than that the area felt very safe when we arrived and left and hat there was parking a few steps from the door. Overall very pleased and would both recommend and return.

Review 11：Everything. A wonderful place for rest and relaxation. Clean and comfortable rooms with all the amenities, has everything you need to stay without worries. We got a room with a view which is breath taking. Breakfast was delicious and delightful. There was an option for dinner but we decided to dine at the tavern, though when we saw the menu for dinner we realized that we have made a mistake. Dinner was with the option to сelect a meal. Fitness center was great, also the pool and spa center. Conclusion - great hotel with low tax rates. Value for money. Alexandra girl who greeted us at the reception was extremely polite and hospitable and she speaks English very well. Although is not season, Nea Kallikratia is a town where you can relax in the winter, but all due to the excellent hotel. All the best from me and my husband. We will definitely visit you again.

Review 14：The Friday Greek Night turned into a noisy public disco that lasts after 23:00. Our room was above the scene and we were not notified upfront - it turned out to be very unpleasant for a family with 1 year old kid.

The beach is just across the street, has a nice tavern and sunbeds that you don't have to pay for. We also tried the SPA, my 4 year old son loved the Jacuzzi with the warm water.

Review 29：Rather thin walls, if you know what I mean. Our balcony door wouldn't lock (so the room was accessible to any would be thieves) and our shower wouldn't drain. To be fair the staff were straight on the door locking problem. Also we changed rooms without any undue delay when the plumbing couldn't be rectified promptly. The wifi is the worst though. Sure Internet access is free but we were constantly having to get new codes. For business this is a real draw back. One code that works on all floors and doesn't keep expiring..........please!!!

Review 30：The staff were friendly and helpful and quick to resolve the couple of problems we had. The food was ok and reasonably priced. My daughter is frightend of dogs and there are a lot of dogs about. But the hotel has a huge dog called Luna. Luna is fantastic and very friendly and accompanied us around from the moment we first went for a walk on the beach and to explore the area. Luna was in no way a problem and was a very welcome addition to our group. Helping my daughter feel more at ease with dogs.

Review 111：The rooftop bar was under renovation, this was very noisy. The SPA should be included in the room rate. Seemed like the outdoor swimmingpool was just for decoration, I did not see anyone use it the whole week. Remember to bring a beach towel, you are not allowed to take towels out from the room.

Review 112：We stayed in the 7th floor, the view was great and you could hear the wawes from the room! The room was very clean, towels changed every day. The SPA was well maintained. Breakfast buffet had tasty vareties every day. There is a supermarket nearby, the beach and city center is very close.

Review 118：Lady working in spa center is very unpleasant (you cannot relax, as sheis walking after you, controlling the spa, when you are in Jacuzzi orthe pool you feel like you are under constant monitoring). The point ofspa is to relax, not someone to walk after you all the time.Receptionists need improvement in their organization and checking.Overall, hotel staff needs improvement.
