Review 1：Things that can be improved with little to no efforts: 1. Espresso is must for us, Nescafe, Frappe and other derivatives don't count :). We bought from nearby bars but still ... 2. The working hours for the coffee may be a bit extended. I woke around 6, I don't expect the coffee to work then but around 8:30-9:00 in the morning would be very convenient for most of the guests I think. 3. WiFi. Maybe it's because we're talking about an island, but there are quite a few people that seem to combine occasional work with leisure (small business owners for example) so reliable WIFI is handy. I was able to workaround this by using 3G. 4. Handles for some of the trays are missing, it's not a problem, it just doesn't look very professional. 5. Both doors on our room (entry door and bath room door) were creaking. That is what may drive you crazy especially if you are leaving early while someone is still sleeping :). 6. Shower - we need handles. It's very tricky to hold the handle while using the soap with the other hand. A handle in the wall would be awesome. Overall I am very satisfied. Providing this feedback should serve as proof for that, I rarely waste my time writing comments. I did this because I really liked the island and the hotel and I hope that the feedback provided would help them improve.

Review 2：The price was moderate. The island is great. The flora around the hotel is magnificent. There's a beach where you can watch the sunrise, if you wake up early enough. A fishermen boats are 50 meters away, you can have an early coffee in some of the bars, watching them arriving in the morning, working, etc.

Review 3：The reception staff was not at all helpful. I waited for 15' for the receptionist to finish his 'chat' and coffee with a friend by the beach! He then was going to overcharge me for my stay not taking into regards the alteration I had made weeks prior to my arrival.

Review 4：The apartment had a bad odor. The kitchen was horrible. The TV wasn't working and it was replaced with an old bulky one 2 days later. The refrigerator was filthy rusty and the freezer full of ice. The metal shelves in the bathroom rusty. The bed was shaky and noisy. Light bulbs were missing. Don't be misled

Review 8：Electric-solutions are terrible, cables hanging " around. "kitchen" in bad condition. When upstairs visitor is flushing the toilet, you listen noise, water running in pipes...

Review 9：We stayed one night - A/C is working. If you like to have a swim, this is just next to the sea, also shadow by trees. You can reach here easily by bus (1,80e) or taxi (7e) from town.

Review 10：- the beach beside the hotel is not very good, water is a bit muddy - water pipes are quite noisy and woke us every morning

Review 11：The hotel is very close to the beach, there are free lounges and umbrellas. You can have your morning coffee on the beach, or your drink in the evening. The hotel has very nice architecture that gives you some privacy. Although the hotel is at a busy street, it wasn't very noisy. The staff is very friendly and nice. I liked the hotel quite much.

Review 15：The busy road. Not suitable for small children who could easily run into the road in the rush to get to the beach. It is also very noisy until quite late into the evening. Cannot recommend the very dated and basic studios in the rear building (economy).

Review 16：The location, the beach and the local tavernas within a short walk. No need for a car, good bus service. The studios were recently updated and kept spotlessly clean. Nice family-run feel and helpful staff. Great value for money and suitable for limited self-catering.

Review 23：We had very pleasant and peaceful stay in Mavra Studios. This is not a luxury hotel, but very cozy and comfortable accommodation and regarding the price that we paid, we are fully satisfied with everything that we had - sea view, clean rooms, changing of towels and sheets ( twice in 5 days), beautiful lobby bar on the ground floor right across the organized and clean beach. The owner is very polite and helpful, he modified our reservation to be in the same building with our daughters and decreased the price even we didn't ask that. Thank you.

Review 38：Услужлив персонал, добра локация. Плажът е от другата страна на улицата. Каменист е, но от хотела слагат специален килим, по който да се ходи и който стига до пясъка. Шезлонгите и чадърите са безплатни. Very nice and polite staff, great location. Beach is just across the street; it is stony, but hotel staff provided special carpet, for tourists to walk on and reach sand area. Beach facilities are free.

Review 47：on the picture that shows the hotel and then the beach the fail to mention that there is a main road in between that has obviously been erased and modified on the picture. the staff did not smile once and everything seemed to be an effort with them. the rooms did not get cleaned daily in fact they changed the bedding on our last night which did not make sense and to add to it the bed covers were still wet when they were brought back. i had a superior double room with a great balcony only problem no lights outside so u couldn't sit out on a night. the breakfast was just a bread roll with butter and jam and the coffee was not even hot we asked the woman to changed it and she wouldn't as this would of caused her too much work. on arrival we were advised that in front of the hotel the beach beds belonged to the hotel so we thought great one thing they also told us we would have to pay 5 euros a day!!!! no thank you don't sunbeds come part of your stay?????

Review 53：The rooms in we were are without windows, and we had impression that we are in basement. The bathroom is very small. For breakfast every morning is same food, after couple of days, we could ate our paid breakfast.
