Review 1：Wifi at Regina Residence - the property where we spent 3 days this time - was not working very well.

Review 3：The app is second floor no elevator. We stayed there 3 nights but they didnt change towel and when we asked for they asked fir mor 8 euroes

Review 7：We missed real person in the building, as it would contribute to the warmness of the experience. The entrance hall was always cold and even the flat had a modern heating system, the floors were always cold. The Wi Fi was terrible, when people would come back from skiing from 17.00-21.00. Bathroom was good size, but for some strange reason the shower enclosure was the smallest I have seen (500 mm x 700 mm).
Review 8：Our flat was very close to the lake on the main road, less than 1 km from Ski Civetta resort. The flat was new, big enough for a family of four, with comfy beds and dedicated parking space. The flat is located 20 m away from the small corner shop.

Review 13：Sheets and towels are not enough, and u have to pay if you want more. There is no cleaning for the whole week. No elevator. No kitchen paper, no detergent, not enough toilet paper, no soap.
Review 14：The place is very convenient. The two room apartment is enough for a family of 5. Very good and big ski room. Cutlery and kitchen utensils enough for preparing meals and breakfast. Good storage spaces.

Review 33：Clean, spacious apartment overlooking the beautiful lake. Lots of closet space. We managed to place our son's crib in our room without any problems or blocked passages. Indoor parking space, wi-fi Internet, spacious balcony, charmingly decorated both the appartment and the whole complex. Waste disposal bins very conveniently placed.
Review 34：The apartments are very clean and new. The managing agency is flexible. I stayed there for the second time and both times are really enjoyed the place.
Review 35：No mention of not having any bathroom products like soap or shampoo or any cleaning products for kitchen like a sponge or detergent. No tea or coffee for arrival. Don't even mind if it's not available but let us know so we can prepare, especially after travelling a long distance with a young family. No access to washing machine or dryer.
