Review 1：The bell didn't ring. So we waited outside 15 minutes wondering... Happily with a phone call the matter was resolved.
Review 2：Very close to the highway exit, the beautiful view of the coast from the balcony, the lovely garden, the good breakfast.

Review 6：Stunning views and a lovely pool and garden overlooking the town below. The location was great, just off the motorway but out of the bustle of Ventimiglia and the old town was great, lovely winding streets and we found a fabulous restaurant. It was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful with nice touches such as the homemade jams. Anna speaks good french and made us very welcome despite a last minute booking and late arrival.

Review 11：Would suggest that as the Hotel advertises on UK websites some arrangement should be made for non-Italian speaking guests being able to contact the English speaking owner Anna - who lives down the road - for help with arriving/wanting to sort out any queries. Also, you site does not say that the Hotel only accepts cash to settle bill.

Review 13：No hot water in our bathroom, only tepid. We had to go to a downstairsroom to shower. Fortunately there were no other guests. No heating whenwe arrived late afternoon. We had to remind them and were told it was ona timer but it started very late. After 6 in winter!!! The internet isnot fast. We had real problems and the last day it was not available atall. The breakfast was ok. The owner Anna only appeared once and theydid not seem aware of our booking. We had trouble finding out if ourcredit card has been debited or if we could pay cash. We speak Italian!!The place is nice but we would not stay again.
