Review 1：Some amount of renovation during the day is annoying if you happen to be in the room. However once it's done. This hotel will be a great property to stay in..

Review 2：Foremost, smiling and helpful staff ...nice facilities.. Very decent gym, 15 m open pool with fresh juices available outside the gym.. Liked bed and pillow comfort Restaurant food is good... And breakfast spread is decent.. Cereal selection could be improved... Right next to Nagoya hill mall( a private shortcut to the hill area with all the spas and shopping areas).. Taxis always available at short notice,. The hotel nightclub was decent as well..

Review 3：Hotel should at least inform that they are undergoing construction. Travelling with a small child at that moment is not a good idea due to the drilling sounds.

Review 24：- Only one set of toothbrush for 2 person - Free WiFi but the password was not given upon check in (need to ask for it) - The security guard at the walkway from Nagoya Mall to hotel did not check guests to ensure they are guests and not intruders - Need to tap card to use the lift but in fact you can use the lift without tapping the card key - Balcony room has balcony but no view. Not worth the money to get Balcony room. - No shuttle service to ferry terminal / airport.

Review 28：The massage parlour didnt have a clean bedsheet and body wrap for customer given a 4-star hotel. There were strains of hairs found on the head pillow and smelly bedsheet and body wrap. The concierge counter gave us a driver who drove us to a different place for lunch when we told him this is not the place we wanted to go. However, the driver is a very patient and nice man.

There is also a pathway leading the hotel to the mall, about 3 minutes walk.

Review 59：Upon arrival, there was a fast security check at the guard house beforeour cab was allowed to enter the hotel's compound & we can onlyoperate the lift with our hotel room card. Both this implementationactually made us feel very safe.Location wise, it is located very near to the popular Nagoya hill mall, through their back door which is open from 6am-12mn. I missed both day's breakfast as we overslept so I'm not really sure how it fares. But service was truly great and even the food we ordered through room service tastes nice and affordable. Will visit again if I'm visiting Batam!
