Review 1：No WiFi in our room (the last one, signal could not reach there). No shower cabin, only a Whirlpool.

Review 23：We stayed at the Blue Relais Hotel Motel in september 2013. We had high expectations, because of the pictures in the website and the Facebook site. Have to say we were disappointed. According to the sites, all the rooms looked nice and renewed. Well, they are not. Our room (motel side maybe?) was at the older side, that had interesting colour choices (brown&yellow) and an older bathroom, my wild quess is that those rooms have been renewed in the 90's. I booked our room from booking.com and nothing there gave us a clue to expect that. The stupid thing was that I would have paid more to get into a nicer looking room, if I would have seen the room in advance. But after we had arrived I was already too irritated to do that. I felt conned looking at the broshyres in our room, with the same pictures from the internet and the Facebook sites. Seems that they had put a lot of money and effort to renew the sites and then forgotten to do so in the hotelmotel. It should be much clearer to the customer to actually see what they are going to get. Breakfast did not include to our room price, but it was cheap only 5€. It included different types of coffee that were made there, not from a machine (espresso, cappucino f.e) or tea, juice and still or sparkling water. Different types of cerials, sweet and basic croissants and jams/spreads, breadbuns, ham, cheese, yoghurt and fresh fruits. Over all I think that our experience was 3-, not four stars. Not for sure. + free wifi and parking in front of the room + minibar that you can use as a fridge. + large bed (could have been a little more softer) + breakfast ok + supermarket near by + beautifull town of Arona near, 7km by car. +easy to access, its really close to the autostrada and huge supermarket.

Review 25：For us a stopover hotel but it was a positive experience. Clean and spacious room/bathroom all well decorated, excellent breakfast (was not included), a parking space in front of each door. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 26：Some rooms are renovated and some are not. On our arrival we were given an old one (which was clean but not nearly as nice as the new ones). Upon our complaint we were given the choice between several rooms we could have a look at before and got one which was much better. So if you get an old room, don't hesitate to ask the very helpful receptionist to change it. The location of the motel is not very scenic but the price makes up for it.

Review 28：This is more high standard motel not hotel and I think it is not clear in the description. The location is not great as you need to drive to Arona town to see some nice places and eat in decent restaurant. Breakfast was rather poor (nothing warm to eat). The aircon in the room was really loud.

Review 41：Relativly good hotel for not a high price. Infact, during our trip we stayed in 4 hotels with baby. This is the only hotel who provided with a baby bed and not some field playing cot (which is very low and inconvenient to put the baby, when you'll have one you will understand). Good Internet reception, private parking. very nice room (with jacuzzi, and we had the simplest room).

I was for 8 day's here in FieraMilano time, after I get toGermany and come back again in this hotel for more 2 day'S. In everyFieraMilano time I will be here, so go and back to Fiera from thisHotel the tolls daily cost only 9 euro. Thanks again to all of staffguy's at this hotel.
