Review 1：Hotel maintenance was on a budget, everything was old and needed replacing. Renovation was done in a poor way and by unskilled people. E.g the tiles around the spar had been repaired but not with the same colour.

Review 7：Wash basin in bedroom did not work. Water did not drain away. I has sole for dinner. Vegetables were cold and fish not filleted properly. Also some pieces broken on the shower.

Review 9：The staff in the reception could improve. They wellcome you and give you a room - however why not also give out map and information? And when you eg ask for bus connections (by the way the stops are just at the hotel) they also should tell that tickets can be bought at the reception (but they don't, so we went to the bus and back again, since tickets were not avialable in the bus!)

Review 11：The restaurant food was not great. They have a pool with sea water, and a "private beach", but it's rocky (not sandy), and it's near the hotel. They have a few parking places at the entrance, and a few reserved places in the parking lot, but they are usually occupied.

Review 12：Excellent sea view The rooms are quite big and the bed is very comfortable. The whole hotel is classic decorated, with statues, paintings , sofas, etc. Private garden. Breakfast was plenty (and tasty) The SPA was nice. Oh, and the view. Did i mentioned the view ?

Review 14：The hotel is set in well kept grounds and also has a private beach and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony and a sea view. It was well equipped and clean if a little on the small side. A great breakfast was served at the poolside.

Review 15：The reception staff is inefficient and not polite. The food was mediocre at best. After check out you no longer are allowed to use the pool, which closes at 20:00. So consider checking in at 16:00 and out at 12:00, you barely use the facility and when i mentioned this to the receptionist she laughed and said its company policy.

We ordered a 39 Euro steak, there was no one else in therestaurant and it took 1 hour to come out, all that was on the plate wassteak and 5 potato chips. Very disappointing. They could not supply uswith power point converters simply when asked they said "MyColleague Forgot". The final straw was when they not only chargedus twice for the room but they decided too use the same credit carddetails we gave to booking.com to charge us an extra $1000.00 which took10 days to refund. When we asked the hotel manager about this he said heknow it was illegal to charge someones credit card without permissionsimply just because you have their details on file and apologised butother then that nothing was really done. The hotel was good but itdefinitely has major room for improvement.

Review 50：The bar staff were very friendly, the room was by far more beautifulthan the pictures. The amenities were amazing and the maid service wasgreat too. The views of the coast line are beautiful from the hotel.

Review 52：A wonderful welcome, including advance notice that the pools are heated - otherwise, in January, I wouldn't have packed a swimsuit. Dogs were brought luxurious beds and bowls, and were even offered their own menu. Dinner very good and winelist excellent. And outdoor seawater pool so well heated that I swam comfortably at 8am on a very cold morning with the sound of the sea and gulls swooping overhead, before having a good run in the big fenced garden with the dogs before superb breakfast. Staff utterly delightful.

Review 66：We were disturbed by the evening band noise after 11pm when we wanted to sleep and could not blockout the noise even with the window closed. We regretted that there was no Restaurant at the beach. We would have liked to see the general management more up front
