Review 2：Very modern comfortable rooms. Good food in the restaurant and a good selection at breakfast.Helpfull staff and lying just off the autostrada about 15 minute drive in to Sienna. Also there is a very good trattoria in the village as an alternative to the restaurant in the hotel.

Review 3：No view even from one of the best rooms on the 2 floor-looking to the top part of the house next to the hotel. We have been told by the restaurant staff:no booking, no dinner-this was because they had a group in. And its hard to find a restaurant around unless you drive to Sienna We also missed some garden to relax

Review 5：Breakfast didn't include eggs and orange juice which could be served upon further cost. On the evening we arrived really tired and smelly after a long flight and a long drive there was no water in the room and couldn't shower,wash teeth or even go to toilet without any announce about it when arrived or even later especially when children are involved and only when we went to the reception they told us about it without knowing when it will be solved. In the morning when water finally arrived it was cold as ice and it was really bad for the children and us. When we left and asked for compensation or discount they took no responsibility and refused although we didn't enjoy the basic facilities of the hotel. The room was a bit small and crowdy for an extra bed for a child and a crib for a baby.

Review 6：The day we arrived they had a special 4 course home made pasta (which was made in the roof restaurant where dinner was served) with wine and still water in 25€ per person which was great. Breakfast was good but eggs and orange juice needed to pay extra. Parking was free of charge.

Review 7：One must ask specifically at the front desk for air conditioning to be turned on. Even then it didn't cool the room and we had to sleep downstairs with the windows and front door open for some breeze.

Review 14：Well I liked everything, hotel was great clean and breakfast was superb, found Te hotel easy to find with plenty of free parking, we didn't use the pool as was not there long enough and we never ate in the reastaraunt as we wanted to enjoy the local cuisine, so I can't coment on the food at the hotel but breakfast was Amazing lots of selection and very nice indeed. We went into Seina it's about 8 miles away easy to get to a great place to visit, from this hotel you are about an hour from Florence so not to bad if you have not been to Florence you must visit and Pisa is about 1.1/2 hours away so still ok for a day visit park at the bus/coach park it's free and less than a ten min walk your at the tower, overall the hotel ticked all my boxes.

Review 23：1. It is literally a side road motel. The enterance to our room (301) was in the parking lot! Nobody mentiobs it in any of the sites.2. The room was filthy. Dead bugs, spider webs and so on... 3. The kitchen was partialy rotten, sink leaking, rust and filth all over. 4. You can hear each car parking and every truck passing by. The distance between the room door and the parked cars in no more than 2 meters (really!). 5. The pictures on the various sites are misleading. They were probablly taken when the hotel was newly built... no so today. 6. You must wear a swiming cap to the very small pool (both males and females), but it's not written anywhere till you actually arrive and must buy it from the hotel... 7. Room TV barelly worked, making backround noise. 8. No food available anywhere after dinner. The bar serves only alcohol and there is no room service. Buttom line: not even close to a 4 star hotel. Nothing more than an aging motel. So keep away...

Review 31：We've been to this hotel 6 years ago and some things are getting worse. The breakfast was a high point of staying at that hotel at that time ... Now 45 minutes before the breakfast ends there was no cheese left, no scrummbled eggs, they took our napkins the second we stood up to get some more food and didn't even apologize, now you pour your juice in a plastic cup (how eco-friendly is that?!). Nowadays you need to wear a funny-looking italian bathing cap when swimming in a swimming-pool. I know every swimming-pool in Italy has this stupid rule but ... why?!?!

Review 80：The location is not that good. We found it to be a little far from Siena. But it might be good if you want to use it as a base to explore other cities. There are no restaurants around so you have to eat at the hotel if you don´t want to drive to Siena. We got to the hotel a little late and went to the restaurant at 10 pm. The waiter seemed to be pretty mad at us and the service was not good. The internet connection was also bad. it worked only at the lobby and not in the bedroom.

Review 101：Impossible to find if you put the address on Booking.com into the SatNav. We travelled at least an hour into the hills on gravel roads untilwe realised we were completely lost. We re-entered the information inthree different formats and eventually arrived - very frustrated. TheReceptionist said she would inform Booking.com about the mistake (astheir business cards have a totally different address on them) butlooking at the reviews this has been a problem for a lot of people. Wefound the hotel to be disappointing after our long journey compared toothers we had stayed in. It was slightly shabby and needed re-painting.The pool was smaller than it looks on the pictures and there was somedated disco music playing at the bar outside ! Not particularly close toSiena, considering the Receptionist told it was 15 minutes and it tookus nearly 45 on the way there (due to bad directions again). Will not begoing near there again !

Review 103：The bed's head was right under a window, and the curtains simply hung down, so when the sun rose in the morning, the curtains (not even blackout ones) were actually guiding the light directly onto our faces. Also, the fixed showerhead was very low and couldn't be adjusted. It would be alright for women or short men, but I'm 1.90 and had to crouch under it.

Thehotel restaurant is atrocious - food is ok at best, service is poor andthe prices are overinflated - we only went once and felt like it was acanteen attempting to be pretentious. The hotel says it has an indoorpool but we did not manage to find it! There is an outdoor pool with abig covering over it so maybe that is what they mean in theiradvertising. The wi-fi was intermittent and we had a very weak signalin our room.

Review 107：I asked for room with good wifi connection since it's advertised thatwifi works in rooms. Wifi worked maybe 5% in the room and maybe 25% incommon areas. The air conditioning is non-existenent in common areas andreally just a fan blowing out vents in the room. I could sit still andsweat in my room in middle of night. Everything needs painting. Hotel isworn. Have fresh bread at breakfast (I'm not talking about croissants).Hotel has turned into more of a party hotel then business hotel. Nowater or a/c in the very small and limited fitness room.
