Review 1：Wifi was not working , there was no proper ventilation very small window in my room room service boy was bit rude as when I asked him about the wifi his reply was ( band hai wifi ) that's all no apologize nothing. And as the wifi was not working should have reduced the rate bit but no discount in bill to this hotel will be my lAst option if I'm planning something for my leisure

Review 9：There is so much that happened on the first night of my stay. At around 12 o clock in night, we were called by reception that there is a police raid on hotel and all rooms are being checked. A man was knocking our door next moment, in plain clothes asking us to show our ID cards and then asking us to show our marriage certificate and prove that the woman staying with me is my wife. He was impolite, insisting us to surrender our ID cards to him which I firmly and angrily refused, so he threatened to come again the next day. The hotel staff offered no apology, no explanation and even justified it as routine untill I confronted them next morning and demanded a prompt checkout. The attitude of the staff was extremely poor, the location of hotel is extremely shady, over and above a shopping complex with wine shops and bar below. I would strongly discourage anyone to stay here.

Review 12：A friendly staff, clean and good(fairly acceptable) rooms, all basic facilities like tv, chilled water, even a glass top table and a chair, and the bathroom is well furnished(they have jaguar taps and shower)....everything was just perfect and even more than expected, fits in budget and not even a single event of disturbance from staff(knocking on the door)

Review 53：The bathroom was infested with cockroaches and it was difficult to take ashower. The bathroom also had a nasty stench. I hope the hotel authorities look into this matter.
