Review 1：For sure not a 4 stars hotel, creepy decorations in the rooms, black and white strange (almost porn) drawings, and some tarot cards hanging on the walls, staff too cold and rigid, paid Internet.

Review 4：We loved the views from our wrap around balcony, the rustic beauty of the structure, central location, excellent reasonably priced facility restaurant and helpful pleasant staff. We would love to visit again and ask for the same room.

Review 11：The room was too hot so we turned off the heaters which meant that we could not dry items of clothing in our room, but the staff were very helpful in drying items elsewhere. We would have liked tea and coffee facility in the room. Ideally we would have liked to have a bath in the room. Arrangement for an airport bus shuttle if we did not hire a car would be very useful.
Review 12：The atmosphere and service. Staff are very friendly. Paulo the intertainment person was excellent. The table tennis facility for kids was great. The breakfast was very nice. The bus service to the ski resort was very useful.
