Review 2：Worst experience i ever had in this Hotel ,Rooms were average but Staff on d reception desk were very rude.Very poor service for their guests and not at ol worth for money.

Review 3：The hotel is a business hotel located in short distance to some offices of IT businesses in a remote area of Mumbai, Arioli.The hotel has an Indian style and is used mostly by locals.

Review 6：There was an additional charge of 10% charged by them for Room Service on the amount of Bill generated for Food. For a single page printout the Hotel staff said that they will charge us money. Variety wasnt there in food.

Review 7：Bed......for a couple.... U had provided a two split mattresses as a king size one....very bad..and when complained about it at reception... I was told that, they provide it only on request.

Review 8：The standard room does not have a mini bar which was not mentioned while booking. The a/c was leaking and non functional, the room was changed though. In the new room the shower had no force and no hot water. The food this time was terrible. My friend fell sick after having the veg noodles. Didn't enjoy a single meal.

Review 13：The staff in the reception are not co operative. adequate toiletries were not there. no dental kit, no moisturizers. no shower cap. after a lot of nagging they provide shower cap. only 500ml bottled mineral water per person/day. rest you have to buy paying them double the amount with taxes. very calculative staff. no benefits for those long stayers. As per the price its third class.
