Review 1：There was only shower gel in the bathroom, no soap or shampoo. We found the room to be too hot, even when switching the heating off, but it might be ideal for others.

Review 2：The hotel has a very good location, right next to Arkad mall shopping centre and about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city (very easy to find). The breakfast is included in the price which has a nice selection. It's worth to get up early though, as the breads get dry fast. (I guess it's due to the very dry & warm air which this hotel has all year around.) We stayed here several times as this hotel offers good value for money and practical for a short stay.

Review 3："Garden restaurant" is in the middle of the parking lot, with a single green bush. Hotel is not in the city centre; you had better have a car.

Review 4：All you need for one night's sleep, would not recommend for a multi-day holiday. Free parking.

Review 5：Helpful staff, good in-house restaurant, lovely room. The start of the Old City is a12 minute stroll away. There is a huge shopping mall opposite with all necessary shops/supermarket. Modern elevator.

Review 6：The staff was friendly but highly unprofessional... The restaurant closed at 930 pm on friday!!!! So we had to order food from the reception. They brought it up for us in our room, BUT without having any idea how we can pay (eg. there was no possibility to have it written on our bill, she had no change,etc), and obviously We did not ger any cutlery. Very poor service from a hotel that claims to have 4 stars...

Review 8：First I got room Nr 303. Continous machine noise could be heard and the room was extremely hot. It turned out that the room is below the boiler room of the hotel. I asked for a change at midnight. There were small issues with the second rooms (319) bathroom, a socket was ripped off the wall and the shower rod fixture was broken. Such problems should be reported by the cleaner staff...

Review 9：The staff was helpful, I got another room when I asked and that was all right, quiet and comfortable. Large variety of breakfast, exclusive cousine in the restaurant with delicious dishes. Good quality squash courts.

Review 32：Hotel is on very good location, easy access from high -way since we were in transit and stayed only 1 night it was important to us. The staff is super fast and very pleased to provide You with any kind of information and service at any time. We loved the excellent breakfast in the Panorama Club and the balcony of the same Club where we enjoyed our coffee and view over the city. Directly across the street from the Hotel is Arkad shopping mall. The parking space is large, specious and secure. We had great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Review 47：Minor things. Doors are lightweight (easy to hear from outside what's in the room). If you have a small child, you need to secure the door as it gets automatically unlocked when pushing the inside trigger. Breakfast coffee was made by a coffee machine.

Perfect business hotel (i.e. for conferences), pleasant breakfast on the upper terrace, nice staff, good bathroom and well-fitted rooms. Free tea, coffee, and, due to a special offer, we've got a free bottle of Hungarian wine that we enjoyed. Right across the street there is a Shopping Center with Food Corner. Child parks are in walking distance (10 mins) and the parking lot is large enough. Near the reception there is a children room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The city is easy to travel within.

Review 52：This hotel is excellent, we travel a lot, have seen many hotels, and we really liked this one. Beds are extremely conformable, it is impeccably clean, everything is new, special bonus for kids is the playroom with lots of interesting/educative toys, breakfast was really good, variety of food, fresh fruits, etc. Location is great, as it is few minutes walking from downtown, while still enough quiet. Highly recommended.

Will be staying again and again, as we travel to Eastern Europe twice a year. There is a shopping mall directly across the road, where you can get a very nice Italian meal at a reasonable cost too.

Review 57：We don't normally stay in budget hotels, but we read the reviews by other guests and decided to spend the night here as the location was right for us - I really do not know how the management can offer this hotel at this fantastic price! Everything about it was perfect - spotless clean room, free WI-FI, comfy beds, even a great breakfast! We usually pay around 75-100 euros and apart from the room being quite small (although still fine) this certainly was worth that amount for less than 40 euros! It even had a kettle to make coffee and a free bottle of wine! Fantastic, and happy to recommend to all.
