Review 1：Poor wi-fi. We would like to see a movie online but didn't work. Not a big problem!

Review 2：Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant-bar. Parking place is free and near the hotel. Good brekfast. Big room and most important it's warm inside, not closing the heat in the midle of the night like 90% in the Osterich. We come back soon!

Review 47：Very far from being 4* hotel, I would rate it 3* max, as there is a swimming pool, without that it would be hardly 2*. Significant renovation required, investments stopped sometimes in 1970. No minibar in the room at all. Very poor breakfast, and forget about having dinner in the restaurant - terrible service, extra high price. The second night we rather had pizza down in the town. On the other side, it is fair to say - there is not suitable hotel in the whole Semmering resort at all.

Review 50：It was very close to the ski slope. The room was big, and clean. Tha sauna and the pool was perfect after a tiring skiin day. The breakfast was very good too.

Review 51：It was colder in our room than in the corridor. Asked for help, so something was done with the heating, we had one warm night, but the third night the heater was cold again. Not ice cold, but with a 1,5 year old child we wanted warmer. Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool with her either, because its water was far too cold for a child.

Review 53：I really liked the hotel. It's new so all the facilities are up to date. The swimming pool is very nice and hotel is 10 minutes by feet from lift to the mountain Zauberg. Would be happy to stay again.

Review 54：too expensive reminds more a dormitory than a hotel not comfortable at all very noisy cleaning ladies started cleaning around 8am (if not earlier) - vacuum cleaning, talking on the corridor, producing noise that would definitely not let you sleep...

Review 57：We were a group of 6 people staying for just one night. Everyone seemed extremely pleased with the accommodations. The hotel staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I booked the single room the night before my arrival using Booking.com. As a last minute dot com kinda guy, I was fortunate to save 25% when compared to a friend who booked a similar size room two weeks prior. The room had a great view of the valley and snow covered mountains! I suggest requesting the valley view when making reservations. One can also take in the view either from the huge outside patio area, as well as the breakfast area. The bar and large lounge areas are a great place for a relaxing evening. I did not view or use the pool, so unable to provide any helpful details. The hotel is located uphill and within just a few minutes’ stroll down to the village center and ski lifts. Almost not worth mentioning....would suggest about inquiring with hotel staff if any hotel amenities are unavailable in preparation of your stay. During our stay, our group discovered there was a bowling alley co-located in the hotel, which was closed for renovation. It was not an issue for us whatsoever since we were not aware of it in the first place (poor research on our part). It was more of a last minute thing to do anyway. It may help to inquire on the facilities prior to booking. Again, just a planning suggestion. Will definitely consider staying again! Cheers
