Review 1：Rooms facing onto main road were a little noisy.

Review 2：Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Perfect location for a cycling holiday. Excellent storage area downstairs for bikes with direct street access

Review 3：My room was pretty old-style, pretty much all inside it needed to be refurbished from furnitures to the moquette (worn out) to the old bathroom tiles (straight from the seventies), the very uncomfortable bed and pillows, and the very tiny, almost unusable shower (I barely fit into it, although I am not big). Nothing like the very nice pictures I saw on the Internet.

Review 5：We were offered a choice between three rooms and they all had a sour smell to them. I think it's because this is a popular hotel for extreme bicyclers. So you would expect a bit of body odour to permeate over time.

Review 6：The younger staff were lovely and friendly. However, the older lady was a bit dry and abrupt in her interactions. Made us feel unwelcome. The cleaning staff were lovely.

Review 7：The staff were very pleasant, helpfully the family and the waitress spoke good English. I was given a warm welcome and - except for bread -gluten-free options were available for my coeliacs condition. Attractive hotel with nice dining room in a lovely position on Lake Alleghe with easy access to the 'giro' the walk around the lake. Bus stop right outside. Good bus services through the Dolomites.
