Review 1：Party hosted by Carbona on the last night of my stay that went on til 4am with very loud music.

Review 3：Breakfast wasn't that good - the quality of the fruits weren't good. Most of the programmes are during week, so on weekends you can't do that much (no special treatments, no yoga or special classes).

Review 5：Managers at reception desk does not make any efforts to give you advise upon arrival how to organize your stay (to fix an appointment with doctor for treatments, need for translator, for example). Tactless behavior of guide of tour operator (Robinson tours) - she do not respect other guests of the hotel.

Review 21：There was no hot water maker, tea or coffee in the room which is normal in most places, not to speak of a 4 star hotel. The staff was not well-informed, e.g., when asked the population of Heviz, they could not answer; when asked what was in the oil used in a massage, the masseuse could not say what she was using or what it was good for. No one we asked knew when the breakfast, lunch or dinner times were - only at the front desk.

Review 23：We did not want to but was given no choice and so had to 'opt for' half-board. Before visiting the hotel's restaurant and tasting the food, we resented this a bit. However, in the end, it turned out to be an excellent arrangement: the hotel's kitchen was really good and the variety of the dishes amazing - especially, considering the limited number and choice of restaurants available in Hévíz, half-board turned out to be a convenient and very much satisfying solution.

Review 24：The hotel is ideally located: just a 5-minute walk from the lake and 2 minutes away from the center of the settlement. However, the facilities available in the hotel will make it completely unnecessary to leave the premises. There are two pools with thermal water (the same as in the lake - I suppose), a 25m pool for swimming, various treatments and massages, saunas ... We indulged ourselves and 'tested' a number of different treatments: all were outstanding, administered by professional and very friendly staff. In general, all the staff working in the hotel (from the room maids to the waiters and the masseurs) was very helpful and friendly. It is difficult to imagine a more perfect stay in a spa-hotel.

Review 25：non-friendly and not always helpful staff, many of staff don't speak/understand English either Russian. Too big hotel, not cozy. Strictly only one and rather small towel is given in the swimming pool and in the thermal baths.

Review 29：We loved the decor of the hotel-you can go on a tour, as well as relax in the town of Heviz, where many restaurants, a beautiful Park, close to lake Balaton, you can go for a walk . The hotel staff is very friendly, there are interpreters of the English language, treatment on the lake and at the your need. I personally really liked the swimming pools т.к.я like to swim. in General all very positive, well relaxed and rested!
