Review 11：Small standard room made into a "family room" by squeezing in an extra bed and pullout couch. A thick layer of deaf bugs in bathroom. Not serviced during stay.
Review 12：The cleaning products used to make our apartment so nice and clean, had an overpowering smell. We opened doors and windows and even left windows open overnight, but the smell persisted.
Review 13：The apartments are in a good location, just a short walk to the city centre to enjoy our morning coffee, but still very quiet with no disturbance from road noise.
Review 14：Michelle, who runs the place is a very nice lady. She is very kind and accommodating and made our holiday even more relaxing! We would definitely recommend this as a family friendly place, specially if you are travelling with young children.

Review 17：The overwhelming smell - some sort of spray had been used and it actually made me feel ill. Opened all the doors to try to get rid of it. However, it did linger. The same smell was in the reception, which we had to phone to get our keys, as the receptionist was not immediately on site. We don't always travel with a phone and it was lucky it was also charged.

Towels changed after 2 days, no hair dryer in the room but Michelle kindly gave one. Free parking. Flowers . A wonderful play ground and swimming pool after 2 min walk ( not at the same place)
Review 21：The shower had no pressure at all, the fan in the bathroom didn'twork. The main light flickered for quite a while after it was turnedoff. There was a smell emanating from the bathroom drains.

Review 23：Very cheap, dated and run-down facilities and furniture. Dirty cutlery, no soap provided. There is a reason they don't show any picture of the bathroom... The heating is insufficient for the size of the room (and the huge cracks around the windows and doors, even for Australian standards). But worst of all: the sickening smell, everywhere. As soon as you come close to any of the buildings, you notice it. Whatever it is, it is disgusting and it still sticks in our clothes and bags, 3 days later! BTW, it seems you have to be really lucky to get a room with Wifi.

Then the next morning we signed in & they insisted we go back to the room & put the aircon on so it would be warm when we arrived back in the room. I travelled with my husband & 2 sons, one of them is a toddler baby they provide the cot without any charge, late check out with no cost & my toddler son who's only starting to walk he was happy walking just in the room, most of everything's I think is kids friendly in the room very happy to comeback & stay there again.
