Review 1：The whole resort was ant invaded and could cannot keep even a crumb of food out of the fridge or toiletries out on the bathroom shelves. The mountains of rubbish (no one could keep anything inside because of the ants!) around the containers area were not cleared daily. The linen and towels were not changed once in 12 days we stayed there and we were left to manage the cleaning with bare equipment. We had no way of lighting the gas cooker(not even matchsticks left by) until a day or two later when we could find to buy a lighter. The table tennis area was dilapidated and posing a hazard for the players. The mini golf was impracticable as it was covered with a thick layer of pine needles. We were offered an apartment backing a busy road which was mainly disturbing us during the night. We had loud neighbours who were carrying on partying between 3am and 5am returning after a night out! There was no WIFI connection at all around the resort. The only way to connect was at the reception area and only via Social Media accounts and only if you gave a LIKE to La Serra resort! Disgraceful! The restaurant on site had limited choices and was very expensive. The pool was forever full and no one could really proper swim in it.The choice of restaurants nearby was extremely limited. Just one pizzeria and a noisy pub selling burgers.

Review 2：The location is good for beach access and the beach is really nice.

Review 3：The wifi was awful. We couldn't get wifi in our apartment; false advertising. The plug sockets were a strange shape which didn't fit with any of the adaptors we had brought with us (and had worked in other parts of Italy). Staff at reception were unable to provide anything suitable.

Review 5：Antinvasions, no wifi wich was promised, No fans or Aircondition on the room, Loud music from surroundings til 4am, Broken toiletseat and running water at check in, The pool was a joke because of the staff all that was allowed to do in the pool was flooting around with a silly hat. Even service fees at the hotel resturant.

Review 7：Although free wi-fi was advertised as being available, this was not the case. If you were lucky to get wi-fi at reception it was limited to 2 hours.

Review 8：Wonderful quiet location. Helpful friendly staff, who tried to speak English. We felt the children were secure. Rooms, pool and surrounding areas were very clean.

Review 9：Ants everywhere! Staff informed about insect invasion told us thatit's nature and all we (not the personnel) can do is to buy insectrepellent. Czystość: inwazja mrówek (małych, podobnych do mrówekfaraonek). Były wszędzie, na tarasie, w kuchni (szafki, kuchenka,lodówka), które były dla nich wyłącznie traktami komunikacyjnymi. Kilkagniazd przy wejściu do domku. Pracownicy recepcji poinformowani oproblemie kazali nam kupić sobie środek przeciw mrówkom I na własną rękępróbować je wytępić. Jedynym ich wytłumaczeniem (dla nas skandalicznym)było stwierdzenie, że po prostu "taka jest przyroda".Zwyczajnie nas zlekceważono. Dobrze też zabrać środek przeciwko komarom.Internet: dostępny tylko w recepcji I w restauracji a I to jedyniepoprzez zalogowanie się na Facebooka, Twittera, Google+ bądź Linkedin,dodatkowo limitowany (maks. 2 godziny). Brak dostępu do Internetu wdomku. Basen: ustalony odgórnie regulamin zabraniał praktyczniewszystkiego. Nie wolno było nurkować, skakać do basenu, grać w piłkę wwodzie, niedopuszczalne były żadne, nawet najmniejsze, dmuchane zabawki.Plaża: morze płytkie I brudne. Wypożyczenie (nie kaucja) dwóch leżaków zparasolem na tydzień kosztowało 120€. Przy cenie wynajmu domku natydzień (650€) wypożyczenie leżaków dla czteroosobowej rodziny za 240€jest kosmicznym wydatkiem. Dojazd: totalna zmyłka. My szukaliśmy ośrodkao nazwie La Serra, gdy tymczasem ośrodek zmienił nazwę I jestoszyldowany I oflagowany jako Italy Village. Słabe oznakowanie dojazdu,w zasadzie tylko jeden drogowskaz (z napisem La Serra).

Review 10：Ośrodek I domek ogólnie zadbane, dobrze rozmieszczone. Całodobowaochrona. Dostęp do własnej piaszczystej plaży. Basen duży, wystarczającaliczba bezpłatnych leżaków. Ceny w restauracji przyzwoite, jedzeniedobre, spory wybór potraw, miły właściciel. Pościel, ręczniki,ściereczki kuchenne czyste I w wystarczającej liczbie. Blisko małysupermarket.

Review 11：Very loud music until 2am ! There is no quiet spot on the resort. Theresort does not respect its own rules of being quiet from midnight.Complaining at the reception did not help. No airco in the bungalow!

Review 12：Big con if you want to drive around: no usable wifi, so prepare yourselfwith maps, descriptions, etc. at home, or prepare for roaming charge!Not problem of the holiday resort itself, but driving with your own,favorite car is terrible around and in Napoli. Come with a scrap oldcar, or rent one.
