Review 1：Very very bad room cleaning,floor dirty, bathroom dirty. Dirty towels on the floor maid put back under the clean towels.This is disgusting. Never again Gradonna. No other facilities. Very boring hotel

Review 4：Simply everything! The location is really amazing, the food is great, the service is impeccable, very professional but also greatly warm. Every member of the staff was always prompt to assist us (special mention to the Italian waiter!). On top of that, considering what you get, the price is absolutely competitive!
