Review 1：Spartan desolate room; wifi only in reception and did not work; terrible ancient matress; very noisy

Review 2：Very extensive buffet meals with reasonable food and Greek specialties but limited salad.

Review 3：Unfriendly staffs without providing enough information. Sometime impolite. Dirty room and bad cleaning. Noisy air condition. Old room and not good facilities. Worst internet connection. No fixing any problem. Not good for business trip.

Review 5：LIst is long. internet was bad food was poor Rooms were of low quality Staff were not helpful. I missed my flight because they did not ring me as requested. Air conditioner in rooms worked most of the time, but when it ran, it was extremely noisy. I could not hear my alarm clock.

Review 7：They did not respond to my complaints the major issue that they took the money once I arrived so it was difficult to change the hotel My friend refused to go to the annex building and they responded to her I don't advise anybody to go to this hotel, it was the worst experience ever it's like a one star hotel

Review 10：The service of the employees - reasonable but without a smile and without the extra mile ...... Indoor pool and gym - just a joke and even insulting. The public areas , corridors to the rooms, sitting areas, etc. - sad - old furniture and old carpets worn, dirty, no pictures on the walls - without an internal view of the joy of recreation or entertainment. The room is very simple, basic, only one chair, television-sized computer screen, soap, shampoo only get on arrival, do not get two room keys. Advertising have a bathtub in the bathroom actually is 1 meter in length. Doosh taps old, worn wooden shelf service, flushing the toilet every five or more experience and more ... Stays of 4-5 days or more - uncomfortable and not at a high level

Review 12：I don't know where to start, 1- Unfriendly & aggressive Staff!! 2- No facilities!! 3- No room service, we had to go down to the reception to get the key of the safe-box or any other thing we needed!!! 4- Unclean rooms and found two cockroaches in the bathroom!! 5- No comfort at all, you can hear the cleaning team moving furniture, talking and shouting right outside your door, every single day :( 6- No WI-FI except in the lobby!! 7- Empty fridge with an empty dirty ice mold!! 8- Dangerous elevator that makes a loud noise while using it, not recommended for people with weak or heart problems!!! I'm wondering who or how, but they rated themselves as '5 stars hotels", to what I saw and experienced they don't deserve not even one. In a 5 stars hotel you expect to have a minimum level of comfort and service, but in Hersonissos Palace and in addition to all of the above, there are no toiletry except for two tiny soaps and a dispenser for body shampoo and shampoo (same liquid), that fell in the bathtub from the first day we were there, and no one cared to glue it back in its place. One day we wanted ice to add to our drink in our room, the bartender didn't want to provide it for us, because he didn't have anything to put it in!!! And if you are unlucky and arrive at night you have to carry your own luggage to your room by yourself. And in such a busy '5 stars' hotel only one front manager on duty, you have to make a queue and wait for several minutes if you have a question to ask... At least let them have the decency and remove the stars so people will not get misinformed or misled on what to expect!!! In conclusion, we had the worst experience ever in a hotel, I don't recommend this hotel for no one, and I will surely will never stay in it on my next visit.

Review 14：The rooms do not have wifi, are uncomfortable and too warm. The furnishingsw is oldfashion, and the air conditioning is noisy. The view from my room was ugly.

Review 18：The hotel manager was one of The most unpleasent I ever met. The hotel,s webbsight shows 5 stars. Our impression is that is does not live upp to that standard. We wanted a really good hotel to our vacation and desided leave HP. We got 50 % of return of The room cost for The 4 dags that We had booked.

Review 19：No air condition in the lobby and corridors, the doors of the restaurant were open all the time even the hot temp out side so you don't feel the air conditioner. the stream from the head of bath was poor. the only one Espresso machine in the hotel wasn't working.

Review 32：We were rather disappointed by Chersonissos itself. Windy, not a big deal of beach and loads of nightlife for who likes it. In the hotel we decided to leave earlier and move to the south - one manager said it's o.k. and when it comes to the final decision we had to pay 3 more nights as a compensation for early leave. Dinner from the buffet was o.k., during breakfast I did not like the coffee, however switching to tea wa no escape as the hot water was too cold to brew proper tea. A complaint about this gave us an upgrade to all inclusive from half board nevertheless/

Review 34：I was very dissapointed by this hotel, it is not a 5 star, not evena4star. The carpet in the hall going to our room was dirty, old andtorn. The bed cover was old, the room smelled like old furniture, thewere ugly. The furniture was shady. However at the end of our 4 nightstay we got used to it, if you are aware to not expect 5 star you shouldbe ok. Also there are mosquitos and cockroaches, we found one in ourbalcony. There is noise coming from the halls and other rooms due topoor insulation of the doors. Ear plugs are a must.

The beach is2 minutes away walking, but be aware this is not a nice one. There arerocks in there. The center is only 5 mins away walk.The cleaning ladiesleft our room spotless everyday.
