Review 1：Liked everything.

Review 2：Not too cheap but definitely worth the money as you have all the spa facilities right at the hotel, good staff speaking English, Russian and German. Good food. Big enough rooms and beds.

Review 3：This hotel has good policy about towel deckchair reservation but reality is quite different. Please see attached pictures. Pool picture was taken around 9am. It gets even worse later. Usually you have to ask pool service to make that policy alive. You are lucky if they will be happy to react. I had to escalate the problem at the reception twice before pool service did their job. There were three deckchairs stacked together with a notice and rock on top and no one around. That’s why it’s hard to review the staff. Usually staff at the front desk is nice and kind. The same goes to the cleaning service. Waiters are 50/50 and pool service vary. Better English knowledge would be advantage for some employees.

Review 4：Location was good. Food was fine. Room was spacious. Swimming pools were fine. Service at the restaurant depends from the waiter who will be responsible for a particular table. It could be that you have to wait until the table will be set for 15 minutes while waiter is cleaning empty tables around. On the other hand you can be lucky and have it done in proper order. Drinks at the bar could be better. One out of five different kinds was really tasty. The rest were just ok. Overall impression is “good”.

Review 5：The building is a bit old, though renovated. No beverages are included in HB, not even water, which I find annoying.

Review 6：Fantastic medical and health care team, perfect masseuses, a wide range of cures, very helfpul and friendly staff. Everything related to therapy and treatments is perfectly organized and works like a clock. Good food in terms of variety, quality and quantity.

Review 9：This is a massive hotel catering to bus tours and should not be offered through booking.com. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price which is a little odd.

Review 12：Fantastic wellness resort , kids friendly place. And the half board makes the stay even better. Lake Heviz is just 5 minutes walk from the property. Staffs are willing to help all the way.

Review 13：Everything is there, but everything seems a bit cheap. Like food (from everything the cheapest, not a lot of warm food), furniture, wellness (could be nicer), TV in the room (very small) Like everywhere in Heviz, almost all customers are 60 years and more...

Crying and screaming children everywhere.Running in the restaurants, jumping and shouting in the swimming pools,jumping and sitting and playing in jacuzzi for hours. Some of guestswere using the swimming pools wearing sweatshirts right after visitingthe gym. Mothers soaking their toddlers in pampers ( you can imaginewhat was the contents of those pampers!!!)in the pools. The Hungarianguests being the majority were disregarding other guests. There is noway of pointing out that they should look after children, the answerwas:" It's my country, I do what I want.,"Even the poolswith thermal water with the sign no children were full of parents withchildren. In our opinion the hotel management should look into thatmatter and train the staff to look after customers. Definitely not agood value for money.
