Stella Palace Resort & Spa sells fast on our site. On a private part of Analipsi Beach, Stella Palace features 2 lagoon-style swimming pools, 3 children’s pools and 2 tennis courts. Its elegant rooms and suites are surrounded by tall palm trees and landscaped grounds.
All air-conditioned units feature stylish furnishings in earthy tones and overlook the garden, the pools or the Cretan Sea. They come with a satellite TV, mini fridge, slippers and free toiletries. Some units also have their own pool with wood deck.

Review 1：The resort effectively shut down from the day we got there which was very disappointing seeing as it was half term. There were no kids clubs as advertised.

Review 2：The gym for 1person for one day is 5euros. So that's not too bad.

Review 3：My family and I like the free tennis courts, football area, volleyball area. That is very helpful. The staff is very polite, however we had to ask for towels and slippers few times. Our family room 622 was great. Big, spacious, with the view to the pool. We loved the food and the swimming pools, also the pool loungers.

Review 6：Reception, guest relations and spa staff were rude; in room facilities were very basic; bathroom ill-designed taking a shower would flood the bathroom; towels and toiletries were not replaced; charges to use in room safe and wifi. The beach is awful!!!

Review 8：First of all, this is not å five star resort, not even close. Our two bedroom family suite were infact a hotelroom devided in two by a thin wall with frosted windows in between, so there were no quiet dark room for the children. We had to sit out on the balcony at night not to desturb the children, allthough we had to walk trough their room to use the bathroom or the fridge. Plus the entertainment were right outside our room, and it was so loud we could not hear the babycall. There were also issues like loose door handles, eletrical sockets and cords, lamps, which took 3 days to get fixed. Maintinance were generally poor, there were paint spilled on the floor everywhere, the hair pin that were on the bathroom floor when we arrived were there when we left. Gym, access to spa and pool towels were at extra charge. Gourmet restaurant was a joke, serving at set menu with frozen starters, dry chicken, and the children got chicken nuggets and fries! Childrens pools and playground were old and worn. Generally very overprized, we had expected a lot more.

Review 10：We booked a room with a private pool and paid extra for all inclusive.The all inclusive menu at the bar is very poor and drinks included were not of good quality. Cola from a tap and not bottles (was not coca cola and tasted like fizzy brown water), no water bottles (only 1 in mini bar apon arrival as we were told by reception).spirits of poor quality and unknown brands.only 2 daily cocktails to choose from no variety. The food was terrible and also no variety even though they had theme nights it was still very hard to find an edible dish.we found ourselves eating out twice a day which we did not plan for budgetwise and eventually spent a good deal of our money on food instead of on fun activities. at first glance the room seems nice however we quickly found sockets falling out of the wall ,a wire sticking out of the wall un the bathroom,and the jacuzzi tub had falling jet covers.did not feel like five stars experience.I can not say it is good value for money. We felt like the hotel was skimping on the guests every step of the way.

Review 33：The property is amazing. There are many things for all ages and the all inclusive drink menu was wonderful. The staff was so helpful in making sure we had all that we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure we had transportation and excursion plans lined up. We traveled with a group of almost 20 and didn't get back to the property until late some nights, they ensure we were fed. We are from USA and visited over the 4th of July. They went above and beyond and had a cake made of the American Flag and Sparklers so we would feel right at home. This would be the only place I would stay if I came back.

Also, choose a room with the private pool, definitely worth the money! (it also has a "jacuzzi". Also, have a massage, they did a great job on my back.

Review 59：Despite paying for a full all inclusive stay we found out that most things cost money: No Free WIFI, an absolute must today! Most drinks cost money and the free ones are poor quality Breakfast and lunch were not as good as the evening meals. We suggest to take only half board. For the price the charged for their all inclusive stay, there are better choices in Crete.

Review 120：I booked suite with private pool and all inclusive program. the suite was very small (mentioned 40 m2) and the pool is smaller than it appears in pictures. the all-inclusive program was very limited and not worth the money paid. and it ends at 11 pm! we had to buy water for using in room from supermarket! only black coffe and tea in hot drink list. Fresh Juces and Non-Alcoholic cocktails are not included in the list. No free wifi I paid the same or less in Maldives resorts with much better all-inclusive program!!!

Review 122：Spa - very noisy and unrelaxing. Stray cats and dogs everywhere. The staff being violent towards the strays. Patchy wifi. Useless staff in the Stella Palace reception. Rude staff in the Stella Village reception. Kitchen staff didn't even know what ingredients were in their food. I paid 1.5 thousand euros and they refused to bring me an umbrella for my patio. Should be classed as 4 star not 5 star.
