Review 1：Wifi is 10 eur per week Bathrobe is 3500 forints per week Restaurant in the atrium down, you can always hear that somebody is eating

Review 3：What i do not like it's shower (there is no possibility to take showerhead in your hand), but it's my preference. We stayed in the top floor and the ceiling was very low in some places so we banged our heads sometimes. And internet. It's not for free. With the price they ask it must be included

Review 5：Lost hot water in the morning when I wanted to shave/shower (nothing came out of the sink or shower faucets in the upper bathroom). Parking access was a challenge with a larger vehicle.

Review 7：Ingen städning, no cleaning, waited for clean towels! Receptionens kommentar " it used to be a room for for adults 10 years ago!! We Did book for 4 adults and one child. Only 2 beds in the room!! Very very poor breakfast, Did not even serve water!! When I asked for drinking water they told no, only if you pay extra.wifi not included!! Had to pay extra!!

Review 8：The breakfast sucks - I was advised to complain to restaurant management (it is a contracted-out organisation), but breakfast was included in the rate and the hotel should sort it out. Also, cleaning staff seem to believe that walking in, looking about and swapping towels counts as cleaning. Not when you stay for four nights...

Review 9：Excellent location and spacious rooms, parking in underground garage at a very reasonable price. Some really superb restaurants within walking distance and the thermal lake is just 400m away.

Review 10：---Very poor breakfast. VERY poor, believe me. The cleaning women during the breakfast so "friendly" that you can immediately leave. --- to much noise from the street in the evening ---wi-fi for money (in our age it seems strange nd do not add good points)

Review 11：We made a two-weeks car-trip around Europe and visited 7 countries, stayed at 11 hotels and apartments... this one disappointed us most of all. no-no-no, it has good spacious rooms and so on, but it seems that the placement in the touristic center of Heviz let the stuff think that only this one fact can bring them all good points... +++parking in the same building (for money) +++close to the lake +++good rooms
