Review 1：The prices are too high according to service .... The room service food is not tasty atall and moreover its too costly Egs. Bisleri water bottle of 15 rs is of 60 and they dont surve you water for more than 2 500 ml. Water bottle as complimentary . Tandoori chapati is of rs 40 thats tasteless..... Fruit chart which we can buy for rs 20 easily anywhere in market they give for 140..... Hence tax are not included in these prices . So u can imagine yourself .

Review 3：this hotel staff will ask foreiner to fill in lots of form: name, permernant address, local address, local phone number, from, where to go.....they even ask guest to take a photo, my god, is this a hotel, not airport custom? very old hardware, and sanitary conditions is very bad. if you are a foreigner, don't go.

Review 8：Team was very nice, always ready to help. Wifi wasn't easy to access and was expensive. The restaurant food was really good but a bit pricy... Cleaniness of the room was what expected when you are in India. Good place to stay!

Review 9：Staff were great & try to help but very long Check-In procedure, too manual. This is hotel is not advisable for tourists/foreigners who wants to use internet/wifi. Because at this hotel you'll need a local phone number to send the WiFi password. We tried to buy a local mobile SIM but in India they'll not sell a SIM card for tourists. For this reason I have to move to another hotel after 1 night. Breakfast is OK - not very good compared to other similar options available in Navi Mumbai. Yes the elevator is very old and manual and never expected to come across such an elevator in this century

Review 17：Unprofessional staff I am saying this because I have already requested early check in around 6:am and already agreed to pay half day charges but unfortunately because of less traffic I reached 4:00 AM . Though by rule I was little bit early by two hours but I requested to at least consider for early two hours the then attendant Mr Arun bluntly said rule is rule and you have to pay full day charge for this . I said its just matter of 2hours but he was rude though after I waited for one hour he chose to give me room.... But I really don't know why was the mind changed just within one hour and I get the room at 5:00 am

Review 52：The staff werent particularly attentive sometimes. Unlike the rest of the food, the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing with very little choice. Not only was the Wifi not free, but the rates were highly exhorbitant.

Review 58：We stayed in room 207 .Well for beginners the room needs to be refurbished.On our floor there loads of maintenance work going on .It was not peaceful. The bathroom had a lot of wetness issues, the walls looked bad , needed a freash coat of paint.
