Review 1：Unfortunatelly local tax wasn't included into initial price, so it was small surprise for us to pay extra money on departure.

Review 2：Good location (just 10 mins walk to Heviz lake), innocent nature, own farm, comfort accomodations, wi-fi was given for free, big and free parking. Excellent for those who comes by a car.

Review 3：Weak wi-fi conection, lack of any sensible path to Haviz, which is so close (I can not imagine using this hotel without my own car ...), lack of any cooling equipment, scrambled eggs or omlets to be paid for in a pre paid breakfast.

Review 4：Greenery around, nice buildings, sufficient space at the pools and (almost) sufficient at the parking.

Review 5：Totally lack of air-conditioning. In brutal heat it is almost impossible to sleep. There is no escape from 35+ celsius...

Review 7：Needed a/c during our stay. Place was dead after 9pm, we were toldrestaurant was open until 10, but when we went there at 9:40 we wereinformed that it was closed and no food was available. Went to bar andwe were the only group from 10-11 (when it closed).

Review 9：Should think more about cycling tourists. There was not a single map for cyclists available at the reception nor a place to lock the bikes overnight. Breakfast was ample but rather simple. Sausages, baked beans and scrambled eggs could be added. Cleaning service could produce less noice especially at early morning hours.

Review 11：On website is written that sailing on Balaton or ballooning can be arranged. At the reception didn't know about it. When I called by phone they were avoiding because it is Saturday.

Review 52：Even the Hotel is described as part from Heviz , walking to Heviz was not so "pleasing". The only way was to walk on the street and partly in unlighted dirt track. Even we have to pay city tax, based the Hotel was outside from Heviz, in the thermal in Heviz you have to pay full price.

So when you return back to your appartment in the evening, you are walking in the dark! 2. when we booked, we could not see if there is a balkony / terrace at our appartment. Unfortunatelly, we had an appartment without possibility to sit outside. 3. we also could not see during booking how the appartment looks like. We have a 2-year old, and the appartment with large stairs was simply a disaster. 4. limitation of the restaurant t oeat in the evening. 5. too small (and overcrowded) swimming-pools.

Review 57：It was a huge complex with many houses, swimming pool, stables etc. It looked quite good and it's a good place to discover Balaton area and Heviz. Breakfast was quite ok but almost the same every day. So, if You are staying longer, I suggest to make Your breakfasts yourself. Or You can find plenty of good dining places in Heviz center.

Review 61：Excellent resort for a family holiday. Rooms are very clean and wellequipped. Friendly and helpful staff (for Hungarians who are not themost friendly nation;). Breakfast ok. The water in the swimming pool wasquite cold which is a bit mysterious since the temperatures outsidereached well over 30 degrees for weeks! We stayed with 2 small kids andwould definitely recommend/ return there ourselves.

Review 62：The electricity was off all the time in house 601 and there was no warmwater. I got diarrea and wanted to go to doctor but the receptioncould´t advice me. Tourists but no doctor? No air condition and therewas very hot ( 36 c ). The staf was not very polite and I think theywere afraid of customers. ( 3 of them were chatting together but theydidn´t want to help with the luggage) The lady in the supermarket wastalking in her mobile all the time. The breakfast was very poor and whenwe ordered local food from the kitchen we disappointed badly.

Review 70：The only thing, was to use the internet you have to go to the reception area. You aren't able to use the internet from your room/house. The walk to your room isn't as long and daunting as people make it sound. There are carts to carry your stuff to your lodging.

Loved the Fish Spa, the setting was like a Fairy Tale with thatched roof houses and little paths leading all around the property. Breakfast was great! People were very nice and friendly. Loved the loft style room for a family of 4 with 2 full bathrooms. It was a 3 min to the lake from this property. We will be booking this hotel next time we visit the Heviz area.

Review 74：Not 2 mins from the thermal lake as the description says, but about 20!No kettle in the room. The inside swimming pool is very small and in aseparate building with the sauna section. Very little amount of showergel was given, once in all the three days...Будьте внимательны - не 2 минуты пешком от центра Хевиза и термального озера, как в описании, а около 20 мин.! Отель находится за пределами города. Правда, такси стоит меньше 150 рублей, а вот автобусы ходят не очень часто - я ни разу не воспользовалась. В 21.00 ресторан в отеле закрывается, остается только бар, а идти зимой в город по темноте уже не очень уютно... К тому же, лишний раз не набегаешься из Хевиза после купанья, вещи оставить или переодеться... В номере не было эл.чайника. Зимой крайне неудобно то, что сауна и бассейн в разных зданиях. Внутренний бассейн ОЧЕНЬ маленький, и зимой вечером туда набивается куча народа... Гель для душа (он же шампунь), два пакетика, положили в день заселения - на все три дня...

Review 76：The inside swimming pool was a bit small and usually it was overcrowded.It's not good for swimming, and its water temperature was a bit cold forrelaxing. However children seem to have enjoyed it a lot, but for therest it was not that fun.
