Review 1：Basically, I was pleased with the value for Money. The towels and bathrobes are not the newest any more and slowly it is going to be time to replace the carpets.

Review 2：The Hotel was very quiet, a good place for Relaxation. The guests were, of course, like in every thermal Hotel, older, but one has to expect that. (I am referring to a guest who had an extremely negative oponion about Helios which is simply not true.) There is a large variety of Foods and althought the vegetables are overcooked, there is plenty to choose from. The rooms are a Little seventies style, but I like that. In my opinion, the Restaurant, the Lobby and the Wellness area are perfectly all right, and the magagement organizes remarcable programs free of Charge. For example the Heviz Quartett that played on Apr. 2., was lovely.

Review 3：- They charge for water and hot drinks at dinner - Staff at the Lobby bar were quite unfriendly and inefficient until I talked to their manager - Massage prices at the hotel are approximately 100% higher than in town

Great sauna. - Simple but functional, clean and convenient facilities (I stayed in the Anna building; they say it is newer, and therefore more up to scratch than Benjamin). - Excellent staff at reception: very friendly and helpful. - Very decent food (I had half board) - Because the hotel is packed with elderly people (although there are some families with children as well), it is pretty quiet. - Close to the thermal lake (for me it was around 7 min to walk) and town (around 15 min to walk). - One can rent a bicycle at the hotel

Review 5：We didn't like staff hospitality and many stairs in the older hotel Benjamin, which made walking about with baby cart quite hard.

Review 13：Filthy bathroom, had to clean the loo myself because it stank of urine and faeces and it was evident under the rim not done for many months. Very old hotel which is in need of replacing. The mattresses' on the beds were less than two inches thick and very uncomfortable. Staff, the worst ever encountered in 40 years' of travelling. We were disturbed on a Sunday before 8 am and we ignored the knocking assuming it was someone at the wrong room. 8. 15 am knocking again so got up and answered the door to find housekeeping demanding to count the fridge contents. When I said please return later she attempted to barge past me! 8.30 am (by then given up and got dressed) she is back again. When I later asked at reception if such an early disturbance was normal the man insisted it was and offered no apology. No idea whatsoever of Customer Service, more a feeling guests' were an inconvenience.

Review 14：Outdoor pool and gardens, plenty of sun loungers. Food in the bar. Very reasonably priced but we found out why after staying there.
