Review 1：We had asked for a king size bed, which is supposed to be a proper bed and not two single mattresses joined together. I forgot to mention this to the lady at d hospitality desk at the time of checkout.would expect this will not happen next. Thanks

Review 5：The electronics dint work: TV, night-lights, hair-dryers. The bath din't run hot water. Noisy neighbours woke us up really early in the morning. Overall a very sad experience for us. Very unfortunate.

Review 55：After the initial mistake with the room, a simple "sorry sir" and a smilie would have been nice, but there was nothing other than commanding a colleague with "upgrade", real poor attitude I thought. I think the guy was having a bad day as the next day he was entirely different greeting me with a smile and remembering my name. Good customer service should be 24/7/365, not just when you feel like it.

Review 59：The panels in the room werent working. Morever, there were flies aroundinthe hotel and in the corridor. I requested to confirm a address atreception which you expect from hotel. I was told to cross the highwayto reach the landmark. However, it was 1 minute distance from Ramada.Staff had no clue about this. They could have simply told us that theydont know rather than misguiding us. I almost missed my meeting.
