Review 1：Slow, slow...then no wifi available in my room, road transport noise as noticeable, but what really took the shine off my stay was a suspicious stain I noticed on the bed sheets as I was settling for the night. I did discuss the matter with the motel staff at Breakfast; at that time the laundry service were blamed, but I don't understand how it wasn't identified when the cleaners who made the bed and prepared the room. Fridge too tiny for the traveller.

Review 3：After booking online and estimating a 10pm arrival time, no one answered the "after hours" phone. The office closed at 9pm. We had to try and find alternative accommodation
Review 4：Good cooked breakfast. Good showers. Staff very helpful. I was using Bathurst as a base to explore the region and found the location suitable. I couldnt walk into the CBD quickly which may present a problem to others. Easy to find. On a main hwy.
Review 5：This is an older motel, but with the renewed least on life with the rooms, I think they have achieved the best they can be. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Continental Breakfast that was on offer was terrific at a great price.

The linen, bedding & furniture's were new clean. The over all lay out room was very usable. The parking was close just outside my door. Travelling on my own, the room and management made me feel safe.

There were a couple of dangerous things in the bathroom and it was annoying that there was no soap holder, you had to put your soap on the floor in the shower, they could have bought a cheap suction cup one for the time being. Very small room. Hard to shut bathroom door. Lock on front door was very iffy, the tongue was just catching into the catch. Lots of work to do and it will be ok for the money. But at the moment it is way overpriced

Review 37：Very nice homely atmosphere. Certainly no frills, but very clean and obviously well loved and cared for by the owners. Breakfast in the dining room was very nice.
Review 38：It was the coldest shower that we had ever experienced. Had the cold tap turned right off and there was no warmth in the water. I had to soap up and then jump under the shower to wash off. Very cold but invigorating I guess.
