Review 1：Booked for 2 adults and 2 children aged 7&9 and Haddy book 2 rooms,when we arrived 1 room had 2 double beds(perfect for what I wanted) and 2nd room had 1 double and 1 single,2nd room wasn't needed and was told I couldn't cancel 2nd room for refund as it was booked online :( so charged for 2nd room that wasn't needed so we used both.... Well we had already paid for them,we all had a bed each!

Review 3：We have experienced very warm welcome even if arrived late and did not mention about our two children. Room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom and the breakfast was very nice too. Highly recommended B&B

Review 6：The hotel is just about 10 minutes walk from the bus station and quite near to the main street of Letterkenny. If you want to take a few guided tours of County Donegal just ask the staff for infos, they can also book them for you. The full Irish breakfast is just top-notch!

Review 12：Chap that greeted us on arrival was very helpful and friendly. We had booked a double room but was given a family room with two doubles and a single, not complaining me and hubby had a bed each! Very homely feel. Room had a DVD player and there was DVDs left in the lounge area to watch if you wished, wish was a nice touch. Breakfast room was a bit small and dingy, with only a couple of very small windows.

Breakfast does not start until 8:30 and while a cooked breakfast was provided on request for 8:00am it was delivered in unfriendly manner and as a guest felt I was really being proivded with a great favour although I was paying for breakfast. The manner of the staff was unfriendly from arrival and with no engagement communication. Unable to find the code for the Wifi and no one around to ask.

Review 23：Rory was filling in for his mother and we hound him to be a very pleasant and funny host. He cooked a great 'full Irish' for my husband. The room was quiet, large, clean and comfortable. Loved the fact that the floors were tiled, not carpeted! Lots of packing on site. Great location right in town with easy access to highways out to Malin Head, etc.
Review 24：Little points:- Fortunately I take my coffee black, as there was no milk or sugar with the otherwise lovely tea/coffee making facility in room. Had bit of a problem with the flushing of the loo, but sorted it. As overlooking a busy road, room could have benefited from double glazing or some other soundproofing. As coming off some very wet mountains in the area, could have done with some sort of "drying" facility/room, instead of using the radiators in the room! Am sure were others in the same situation that day, given the excellent hiking area that is Co. Donegal.

Review 27：We waited for ages to book in, no-one seemed to be around and when they came they seem perplexed we had a room booked. It is on the main road and has a serviceable feel about the B and B.
Review 28：The room we were given was large, functional and nicely fitted out, it was very comfortable and had a good shower. Wifi seemed a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was good.

Review 35：- very good location, quiet but still close to town and shopping centre (however the town itself - nothing to be seen twice); - spacious car park, petrol station across the street; - a fair choice for breakfast: cereal, wheetabix, fruits, yoghurt, milk, orange juice, jam, cheese, wholegrain bread and toasts, or full Irish and tea/coffee - that's fair enough; - nice staff; - well equipped room with TV and DVD set, mini bar (kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, milk), town map and local facilities information.

Review 40：On the Bank Holiday Monday we went down for Breakfast at 09.40 and we were told that the kitchen was already closed, so we couldn't have the full Irish breakfast that was included in the price. The lady later apologized saying that she forgot to move the clock the day before and thought it was 10.40 instead of 09.40. Apart from this the Bed and Breakfast was excellent, very comfy and extremely clean, so I would recommend it.
