Review 1：I did not like that the staff exept front desk dont speacks english and because of that we have some misunderstandings regarding our orders durring the dinner.

Review 2：The staff were somewhat difficult to interact with and would not spend 2-3 additional minutes when we asked about things to do in the area. No rooms include bath tubs. You must pay extra to use the saunas.

Review 3：The resort offers a wonderful spa selection that was very relaxing. The breakfast and dinner included in our price were surprisingly good quality. The facility was large and full of nice chair and couches with wonderful views.

Review 6：bad rooms ( no double matrace, glass door for the toilet???, empty minibar...) , very bad behaviored staff, very bad dinner and breakfast ( low in quality and quantity), dont drink coffee in this hotel because its not a coffee . This hotel must get 2 stars instead of 5..., I really have no time to write all the bad things about this hotel but we are sure we never ever go back again!!!!

Review 14：Charging for parking seems a bit cheeky. Although the food was very nice if you didn't get there an hour before official closure time a lot of it was already gone and not replaced. We were woken up by the cleaner at 9AM once. When I go on a holiday I don't like waking up to an alarm clock...! We went there to rest and recharge, not to be constrained by silly hotel policies.

Review 15：The hotel facilities are excellent and its location is amazing. The bathroom was very nice and the bed comfortable. The flatscreen TV was quite a decent size. The food and the restaurant balcony was amazing.

Review 16：It was too long way to go up to the limestone terraces from the Hotel and too short one in the forest. They could build a short bypass next the Hotel, go to the forest too.

Review 18：There is not much on this list it actually feels petty to even mention this: First there should be a list in the thermal baths that let you know where all the baths situated and when the jets in particular baths go on. Second: The cups and glasses after day 1 were not cleaned in the bedroom. Third: Unfortunately this is a little far from Western Hungary which means we can't just pop in :(

Review 19：Nice and bright resort with space and fabulous country setting that allows to have long walks, enjoy the spa or go for a discovery tour downtown Eger. The food was wonderful with waiters who spoke English, German and one even spoke French. All people working for the service industry were pleasant and willing to not just answer questions but also explain.

Review 22：Even if you pay for the parking, if you leave with the car for a while, you might "loose" your parking place in the building and have to find some other place outside. Water tap was a cheap one, difficult to control the flow of water (either nothing or everything). In a hotel like this they should be of some better quality.

Review 24：The sauna area is only accessible for an extra fee per person per day. Very limited space in underground parking, also for an extra charge. No reservation possible in advance. It is possible to park for fee next to the road up to the hotel, but then you need to climb up. So best is to drive up, leave luggage, then go back for parking. On the day of the check-out you can only use the wellness facilities until 11am. Not fair.

Review 25：Great location, spacious wellness facilities. Beware with silver jewellery in the water, it gets black, but that is due to the thermal water's composition. Clean room with balcony, bathrobe included. Friendly staff. Food was average.

Review 26：The are hordes of day visitors (you don't have to stay in the hotel), lots of children everywhere, staff is unfriendly and in some cases borderline incompetent, food for dinner is mediocre at best, and there are all kinds of noise (like trucks moving material) very early in the morning. Nice place in a beautiful setting but too many negatives. Not recommended for couples.

Review 75：There is no exchange office at the reception, invoice for accomodation is only in Hungarian. The gym facility is opened only from 10-20.00 hours. The housekeepers are not changing towels every day, you do not have possibilty to make towels dry in your room after visiting spa. But on our request the towels were changed promptly.

Too warm in the hotel and in the elevators. Thin walls with poor noise-insulation - you can hear a lot from the next room.

Review 81：Very, very clean. Practical furniture, lot of mirrors. Everything you may need (except Internet) you will find in the room. Nice and comfortable. Very good food in the superb restaurant at the sixth floor - I presume „Le Chef” is The Grand Master of Gastronomy - everything was perfect. Beautiful surroundings. Nice staff.

Review 82：Although the hotel location is great I had no chance to enjoy it for myroom faced to a remote area. The staff was anything but friendly. Thereceptionist gave me the feeling that my booking through Booking.com hadlower rank. The sauna was also good but I had to pay for it by mysurprise. The sauna bar was closed. In the room I found bugs. The roomwas cold I realized the thermostat didn't work.

Review 83：The outdoor Spa was great even in autumn. The sight around the outdoorspa is really amazing. The waiter in the restaurant was the only staffmember who was really friendly. The massage was also good.

Review 84：Receptionist at check out was rude and unpolite. People usually go to Egerszalók to use the spa for the weekend. On Sunday you have to check out at 11AM and if you want to go to the spa you have to pay again ca. 5000 HUF to enter after you pay a huge money for the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of "nowhere" but you have to pay separatelly for parking.

Review 85：The dinner which was included in the room rate was nice, better than average hotel restaurant food. The procedures are logical and confirtable getting to the thermal bath, parking.... The hotel has nice views and has a good atmosphere.

Review 86：At the check in desk, asked if "Sauna world" was included and they said yes but at the check out we had to pay two days use for two people. If it is not included, they should write down clearly on booking.com site.

Review 95：There has been many surprises in therms of the services of the hotel.The price did not inlcude:- parking - SPA entrance for the day or check out - sauna We would suggest to offer a price which includes therefore there is no surprise at the spot. we almost paid the same for extra services. The bathroom in the superior room is very small and too open, however the wardrobe is huge. The bar is open only until 10pm, however there is no other place to go and spend the evening.
