Review 1：Not much to like . Very bad reception , bad service , AC works only if you pay extra and it was Not disclosed in the description while booking . Rooms are very ordinary . Bathroom was bad with dirty toilets . Wifi is available only in pool area . Bar guys were arrogant . Food is ordinary . There is quantity but no quality . Drinks options available with the food were totally substandard . Breakfast also was very ordinary on similar lines .

Review 5：Dirty swimmingpool´s, Some, (not all) of the staff a bit ignorant.Frosen food where some times not properly heated. Leftovers from lunchreappered at dinner as chefs pie and so on. We had to stand in queuesfor food and drinks. Some of the guests who to 90% came from countriesin or around Russia didn´t behave considerately (or maybe som culturaldifferences I didn´t understand).

Review 6：Location, ca 5-10 min walk to beach and tourist shopping, local bus,bars and resturants. Low price, you get a room and food for 1/3 ofthe normal price. Free transfer with minibus to 3 beaches. Sun shiningand the sea is nice and warm.

Review 7：Wifi only in the pool, reception area and selected rooms, dont expect too much from the hotel, but i think you really get what you pay for. Strong drinks only in the evening, in the daytime beer soda and wine.Rooms are cleaned every day, but towels and bed linen are changed a couple of times per week.

Very conveniently located , in the middle of the Island –in the middle of all sights ! Review 10：Staff has no maners what so ever. Not willing to help with anything. All inclusive is a joke. Few drinks included and food is the same every day and cold. Rooms get cleared poorly. They often took our dirty towels and forgot to give us news ones. Then reception refused to give us towels and told us to wait until the next day. Worst of all is that they are very very rude. It really spoils the holiday. Just returning to the hotel made us feel irritated and stressed. It is really not worth it! Pay a little more and you at least get a smile ... My advice, stay away from that hotel!

Review 11：I think that the drawback of this hotel are some of its guests, like noisy low-class British who want to go AI for pennies. For breakfast: no local olives or feta cheese, but instead worst tea, cheapest coffee and milk from powder. You constantly look for warm water and wi-fi. Any action of reception staff incurs charges (like ringing taxi or bus to airport).

Review 12：Well...For 25euro/p.p. per night all inclusive you shall know what quality to expect. Value for money is excellent, 3 times a day food was surprisingly good, with cocktails in the evenings and greek dance shows on Mondays.It's a good place for budget stay for those who prefer to spend time on the beach and expect from hotel a service equivalent to price. Hotel with its some faults is to my opinion good enough for your money spent, but far from comfort. Owner (mentioned many times in reviews - was harmless, normal guy). For people with low budget - this hotel will not spoil your stay, it's OK.

Review 13：WiFi is a joke, the owner haunts the pool area, all the customers that go for the all inclusive deal thinking they are going for a 5* deal and then complain non-stop (some really abuse the staff). Bottom line, if you're looking for a good hotel in Rhodes, this is it. If you're looking to stay at that hotel for 7 days and not hit the beaches nearby or visit the island, then don't go for it!

Review 14：It's all inclusive, so you can get drinks by the pool, there are 2, the location is awesome if you are mobile (close to Tsampika and Agathi beaches, some of the BEST in Rhodes), clean hotel, spacious rooms

Review 15：Brekfast is very poor and every day the same, eggs and sausage. Wifi is very slow and hard to connect. Room cleaning can be better, yes there is room service every day, but if you look after bed there is lot of dust and never per week been cleaned, because we were with little baby she checked space after bed :)

Review 16：Overal I liked staying in Loutanis. There are something could be better, but for so price is good. The hotel places is great if you have car and want visiting famous places of island. The shops and bars are near by. Lunch and dinner choices is good.

Review 17：-The cleaning service was quite bad (We never had enough towel, toilet papers and we had to ask it every single day. When i asked it, they said: "Wait 1 day, because we have no more towel and toilet papers." ) -The cleaning ladies were pushy and shouting all day -The wifi never worked normally -Sometimes we didnt have warm water on our shower -The certain keeper was falling down in our room (luckily no one injured) -We had to stand around 5-10 minutes near the bar to get out drinks -The manager and his wife were pushy and never helped to the guests -The cicades were so extremly loud that in the first nights we was not able to sleeping -

Review 18：- The food was excellent and delicious - Our room had the perfect size with terrace with fridge and TV - The swimming pools were quite nice - The free shuttle bus was great as well -Kolymbia is a great town, the centre was about 10 min by foot from the hotel

Review 22：We spend very nice holidays. Staff were very kind, polite and helpful. In april I phoned hotel to ask my booking and they promised us the best rooms. And I got it!!! And we got free air con! We liked our rooms because they were clean and fresh, they cleaned it every day. Roomy and comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi. Information leaflets including taxi prices and bus times available but staff always willing to help and advise. The food was very delicious and of good quality. There was a reasonable choice even . Nice salads with pasta and the hot food buffet style was very good, roast chicken, belly pork, squid, rabbit stew, calimari, fish, stuffed vine leaves, beef, fish fingers etc This hotel has a nice place close to two beaches and the centre of Kolymbia, and it was very safe. We go to Greece to live the Greek life for a while, so this hotel was just what we wanted

Review 25：First of all, cleaning in the room was terrible(that didnt even exist). Our sheets and towels were not changed during the vacation(not even once, we had to sleep in a bed all over sun oil). Food was always the same and the meat especially chicken was every time raw. So basicly we had to eat only spaghetti and french fries the whole week. About the staff half of them were really rude and half of them really nice.

Review 28：After reading the earlier reviews I was terrified. What kind of"hotel from hell" I was getting my self and my family into.But I was proven to be mistaken. Definently money well spent by takingthis one.Very friendly staff. As long as you are nice to them, they´llbe nice to you. I stayed there from the low season to the beginning ofthe high. We arrived very late (the plane should have landed 19.30, butwe arrived to the hotel way after 21) We arranged with the help of themanager maria (love and kisses to you) taxi to pick us up from theairport (cost 45€).When we arrived to the hotel the dinner had ended,but they had waited for us and arranged dinner service waiting just forus. Unfortunately we were so tired that we only wanted to get a quickshower and go to bed. Our room was situated right above the receptionfacing the street. Although the street seems silent during the day, thesame does not happen during the night. It is a popular shortcut and thetraffic is very noisy. We had poor curtains and after the sun came up at5.57 our boy woke up at 6.00. After breakfast we went to the receptionand asked for help: better blinds, room in the shade, or what ever.Every problem is taken cared of the manager herself. Maria was not thereyet. So we waited. After awhile we went to ask about her again. On thethird time the receptionist said to us: "Dear guest, relax. We willtake care of it as soon as she arrive. Please, go by the pool, to thebeach, what ever you like, and start enjoying your holiday." Smartadvice. No worries. After we came for lunch, Maria was waiting for us,and asked me to come to the office. She offered new curtains. I saydyes. She offered a new room. I sayd yes. Anything would be ok with us.She took us to see the new room which was way better than the previousone and we could move in straight away! Excellent service. After that westarted to enjoying our holiday.

Review 37：We didnt like behaving of some tourist especially from Sweden and Nordic countries...they think they are kings and the took over the pool etc. Their behaving is terrible, but its not a hotel problem. Sometimes the queues for drinks were too long, otherwise all was fine especially friendly staff. When we asked politelly to help us with something, they always helped us fast. While, the Nordic tourist were shouting when something was not ready imediatelly.

Review 41：breakfast ,was the worst i ever had in all the hotels we have been!!Always the same things no fruit at all only melon..and not all the time.We eated the same bologna for over 2 weeks,no fresh bread during the weekends.. A real nightmare i can say,the meals were not bad prepared but always with the same taste!!In everything had the cinamon flavor ,never saw something like that before..No cleaning the pool's toillet ,very very poor old chairs by the pool, very old hotel,a bit of imagination would be good for the renotvation !in the room the cleaning was only the floor,the bathroom was very limited..The schedule of the the meals was very small..2 hour for dinner..the bartenders that were serving in the pool bar were very Rude and vulgar..
