Review 1：The only downside of the property is the distance from any facilities, so a hire car is pretty much essential. It is just a little too far to comfortably walk in to Stavros for an evening meal or to pick up shopping.
Review 2：The whole apartment complex is maintained to high quality - fresh, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is superb for a relaxing holiday, looking directly out onto the Med and within relatively easy reach of the main highways. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Review 5：We are so grateful to Mr and Mrs Nanakis who really made a great effort to help us and give us support when our son became ill. We were treated like family and show that they care for their customers in a way that we had not expected. The apartment itself was faultless and the whole resort is spotless and run to a very high standard by a very small team of hardworking staff. Nice location, especially if like us you prefer relative peace surrounded by some beautiful nature.
Review 6：One problem is that we had a very late flight home and had to vacate the apartment in the morning. We could have stayed around the pool but there was no where to shower or change later in the day as all the apartments were fully booked. A toilet changing shower room at the pool would have made all the difference.

Review 11：Thank you, dearest Nanakis family! You made our holiday. It was our third hotel in Greece, and it was the best. Location is great - charming seaview, very secluded. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with attention to details (like nicely groomed area, blackout curtain or everyday cleaning). Customer's support works impeccably from document sent to us at once till greeting letter with detailed instructions about how to get the hotel - with no our questions! Thank you again for your exceptional work. We'll be definitely back.
Review 12：The view, the suite, the price and especially the very deliscuos food. Only drawback was the shower. It's constructed in such a way it will flood the bathroom. Beautiful is not practical here. WiFi was good for Crete. But that is still rather slow and only useful for reading news.

Review 17：There's nothing to do, if you don't rent a car you need to go everywhere by foot or bus. Only bus to Chania only 5 times a day, walking to nearest minimarket 20 mins. Nearest beach (beautiful Stavros beach) 30 min walk.

The bed was two double beds pushed together with quite a large gap between the two but after the first night they put a filler in this space and it was very comfortable. Located directly on the ocean front it is very scenic and beautiful. Excellent pool that is very clean and well maintained. Markets and tavernas very nearby. The family who own and operate the establishment are very, very friendly! We loved our stay here!!

Review 43：If you have a car, it is easy to come to the lagoon of Stavros - without a car it's a 30 min walk with nasty dogs and there is no nice walk along the coast. In 10 min walk one can reach a smaller beach. In apartments with two or more rooms the walls are not completely closed (because of one aircon per apartment). If somebody in your family needs silence to sleep, that might be a problem.
Review 44：The location next to the beach is absolutely nice. The seaview apartments give you an outstanding view during sunset. The pool is clean and has a shallow children's corner. Especially the staff is very friendly and helpful. A bus stop for Chania is just 5 min away. Use of the washing machines is free.

Stelios & his family were all very helpful, for example we had an evening flight and although we had to check out by 12 noon they did everything to ensure we were OK e.g. use of the pool all day, use of reception for drinks, booking a taxi transfer to the airport. Review 93：Nanakis Beach Luxury Apartments is an excellent choice for a Holiday in the Western part of Crete. The apartments are comfortable, well-furnished and spacious. The swimming pool is well maintained and its location is really beautiful. Nearby Stavros beach is a beautiful and calm sort of lagoon. Mr Nanakis and his family are really welcoming, helpful and attentive to the needs of their guests.

Owners stayed up late to greet us, and show us whereeverything is before driving us to the local resturant to get somethingto eat and do some shopping in the little shop next door. Next morningthey gave us a map of crete as well as a detailed map of the area. Theyalso made a list of things that are most interesting and worth seeingas a little suggestion for us. Anything that you needed they would tryto help with. Wifi is good with a wide range that extends to every bitof the grounds, inculding the pool. The pool is very clean, availableto use from 9am till 9 pm every day, with plenty of sunbeds around itas well as ubmbrellas, with lovely view of the sea and mountains rightfrom the pool as well. There is a tv in the apartment, it has the basicinternational channels. Heating and air con is also in the apartment,controlled by the remote by you to suits your needs. Apartments arecleaned daily, bedsheets and towels are replaced every other day,apartments are very clean. The beach right next to the apartments isrocky, but 5 min walk from the apartments there is a sandy beach, aswell as 20min walk(5min drive) there is another sandy beach with acouple of bars where you can eat too. I'd reccomend to hire a carif you want to see all the wonderful places in the area. Themonasteries are definitely worth a visit, only 10min drive from theapartments. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitelyreccommend it to anyone.
