Review 1：hire rate for car uses too expensive. for example: car for day use from htl is rp3900 per day but i got a luxury taxi from outside just charged me rp1850 for day use with a same category car. Booking.com pls take note.

Review 9：A nice hotel from the pictures of the common areas, however, rooms are pathetic. Not at all what was expected. Maintenance of the rooms is apparently not the highest priority. Staff has no clue what their job is. Only gets into action mode when things are beyond repairs. 1. We had water leakage. 2. We had no electricity in our room for a day. 3. After "repair" of the electricity some bulbs could not be switched off. Not pleasant when trying to sleep. 4. WiFi was not working properly, or not working at all. 5. The Business Centre is not for use by guests. 6. The swimming pool is a just a bath. No way you can swim. 7. The gym is small (3m by 3m), with a mirror in the middle taking some more space. 8. Cleanliness could be improved.

Review 15：The washrooms are not senior citizen or handicapped friendly. The bath area is a tub and for my mother it was as good as an adventure to step in and manage to finish her bath without falling down. I was told that by default the hotels have only one handicapped enabled room which doesn't make sense. Pregnant women should be careful too.

Easy access to public transport as well as taxi's. Food at the hotel was excellent, great restaurant options and good quality , tasty food. Overall perfect for a stay in Navi Mumbai.

Room service was very much cooperative and prompt. Complementary breakfast was also wonderful. The 24 hour room service is appreciable. The malls are easily accessible from the hotel. The food is also very good. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Review 109：Served rich and good break fast, a combo of English, North Indian and South Indian dishes with vada, uppuma, stuffed roti,poori and idly on respective days. I liked the mixed omlette they prepared and served on the spot and the Masala tea was tasty. There was also cold coffee, kesar milk shake, water melon juice and pine apple juice. Rooms were clean. Gave us complimentary Sweet packs.

Review 110：I did not like that they wanted to charge me for WIFI. I did not think the decor had been updated recently. I did not think the cleaning was up to par. The room was small for the price. Gym was small.
