Review 1：Do not like the idea being/standing naked in sauna as local poeople stand. in this case we did not use it as rest of people inside were naked.

Review 2：the service was great. late snack was welcomed as long as we arrived very late in the night. the hospitality exceed our expectations, dedicated table at the restaurant during our accomodation was a good idea.

Review 8：Excellent hotel, lovely location right on the side of the piste. Big room with balcony over looking the valley.there was a prepared path that you could ski down to the gondola and after a days sking you just turn right of the valley run back to hotel great! Indoor pool and sauna very nice. Food was good nice breakfast,cake,and snacks in the afternoon, would stay here again.

Review 9：One day, the cleaning staff didn't respect the "do not disturb". Everything else has been a pleasure.

Review 10：We booked the meal plan from home, and were very pleased with standard. We more than liked every plate that was served. When we arrived, we were immediately seated and served a glass of wine, while the check-in paperwork was done. This hotel has a very kind and family-style atmosphere. We really loved the combination of wellness, excellent food and good staff.

Review 11：I didn't like how we were wellcomed: you will have to move from your room for the last night. Moving with two small kids means half a day ruined. We expressed our disappointment and were treated with the typical: we will try our best to solve it. The night before we were supposed to move rooms, the manager comes to our dinner table to tell us everything was their mistake, but some very important guests are coming and she needs to move us to a standard double room where no extra beds will fit for our kids. After we protested, with a reservation made one month before, she tells us: you are not helping (!). Then she offers us a room in another hotel for the same price, but she insists we move before 2 in the afternoon, which means loosing the last precious day of skiing with our kids. Finally we agree to leave, nobody likes to stay where is not wellcome, but only at 6 pm. The manager sends the receptionist to apologize with a miniature bottle of schnapps... Pretty unprofessional! In a hotel that charged us 290€/ night this is totally unacceptable! Why didn't they call us when they knew they want to kick us out from the room? Why do they wait until we came? Why didn't they offer the transfer to another hotel before hand? Money! This hotel is anithing but up to the standards! They truly ruined our holiday, we are definitely never coming back, and we don't recommend it to anybody. This was totally outrageous and we were treated with absolute disregard from the moment we stepped in.

Review 24：This is a truly outstanding family run hotel with friendly, attentive staff, very comfortable rooms, excellent food and a top quality spa that has been built recently. Also welcome dinks and a cocktail evening to help us get to know the family. All within a 45 minute drive from Salzburg Airport (well worth an extra night to explore Salzburg). The location is perfect - 3 minutes on the free shuttle to the nearest ski lifts and with a car you can ski a different part of the huge Ski Amade area every day. We skied 6 different areas in 6 days without driving for more than 30 minutes. We will return.

Review 27：The hotel is by far the warmest and friendliest I have been to. The position of the hotel, located on the mountain hill is simply breathtaking. The restaurants terrass and the spa garden is facing the wonderful view of the valley and surroundings alps. Staff speaks English well and were all helpful. We didn't want to go home and we are defenitely coming back!
