Review 1：Everything was at best 2 star. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Very old and outdated. The rooms are old, good below average and the wellness facilities are dingy and old. Would be a perfect hospice or geriatric retired center. Not 4 star! Worst money spent in Hungary.

Review 5：There are two types of tourists in this hotel: those above 60 yrs old and those with very small children (under 6). We did not fit into any of these categories, therefore it was not a pleasant atmosphere for us.

Review 6：The resort was nice, but we were expecting something else, maybe bigger. Everything is in small sizes or numbers: pools, lounge chairs, tables available in the restaurant, waiters to serve drinks (especially water since it was a red code temperature) etc. It was a constant crowd in the restaurant during meal times. When we arrived we had the surprise of no reservation communicated to them, but they promptly solve the issue. Thanks to the guys at the reception! Very good air con! Also we very much appreciated the blinds at windows.

Review 8：I traveled from Leeds, England.After a long drive it was more than welcoming to find the Hotel room more than adequate, with my bathrobe and towel waiting. The staff were very helpful and the pools and facilities PERFECT. The food gave a perfect balance and the whole experience wonderful. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Review 9："All inclusive" should be "all inclusive with limits and restrictions" While all of this is actually stated in description, hotel could do a bit better by offering beer/wine with lunch, and free parking. And late checkout is 25 eur/person? Which is stupid if you need room for additional 2-3 hrs while your kid is sleeping... I've stayed mostly in hotels where late checkout was complimentary, not paid extra.

Review 10：Food is excellent, various Hungarian dishes available daily (different each day!). Staff is very helpful and will do their best to accommodate your every wish. Pools are nice, not crowded, and kid's pool is awesome!

Review 11：The all inclusive is not really all inclusive. During lunch time you need to pay for glass of wine or bottle of beer, soft drinks only included... No many variation of fruit offered (orange and apple only)... For late breakfast only coffe-tea was offered. Nothing more...

Review 13：Generally the facilities of the hotels are very good and one can have a good time enjoying the spa. What you should definitely take in to account is that the food was of very poor quality, meaning not fresh, mostly fat and fried, not well cooked, unvaried and lacking choice. We got even sick from one old see food sauce, so be careful. It could be worthy to spend twice the price and go in the superior Danubis Hotel with the same facilities, but quality of food. The hotel is not renewed, kind of soviet style furniture and old and very slow elevators could be a bit frustrating. The pools are also not renewed and with very sharp edges. I cut myself several times while swimming. If you a young couple it could be boring to stay more than 2 nights - most of the activities are for seniors and the fitness is very poor.

Review 14：Indoor and outdoor pools even in the winter. Close to the biggest thermal lake in the world. In the hotel you can buy different spa procedures assigned by a doctor. The all inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and supper including wine in the lunch. The stuff was helpful and kind, though they speak not so good languages.

Review 24：This is not a 4 star hotel, but more like a school dormitory. The all inclusive policy encourages you to eat and drink, but if you are not a big drinker then there is no great value. The food wasn't that amazing. The thermal spa in the hotel is OK, but the thermal lake is fantastic. No Internet access in the rooms, but only an intermittent signal in the hotel lobby. The hotel needs some refurbishment: illustrated by the fact that at the money exchange desk there are still rate rows for French francs and Deutsch marks!
