Review 1：It is really make us disappointed, price is so high but not worth, at night have lot of noise inside and we can not know from where, and room service is so bad even you ask for a slipper take half days and call several time to remind. When need Water same situation happened. Next time if go to the Navi Mumbai, will never book the hotel for sure

Review 3：The attention staff gave us in all aspects of our contact with them. Peaceful nights sleep and respect of the hour we arrived, left and during our stay with them.

Review 4：We opted for non smoking room and got smoking room stinking all over we tried calling management several times no one respond back. Pool it of no use and you don't have any one to attend you their nor a life guard.

Review 26：Since I had work at Navi Mumbai this hotel was well located. Clean and neat in comparison with other hotels in that area in the price range . Staff helpful and the food is good.

Review 27：Not a complaint but a area for improvement. The menu at the upstairs restaurant did not fully describe what you would get I ordered Fish and Chips and got crisps not chips they seemed to have miss interpreted English fish and chips with American chips which are crisps not what I expected bud made us laugh sometimes the meals were a bit small. I ordered Paneer tika masala and got only 5 piecies and nothing else. perhaps a picture to go with the description so you can see what you are going to get would be helpful. Beer is expensive sometimes more than the meal.

Review 28：very clean, staff very friendly. rooms were excellently appointed. Food was good especially at the downstairs restaurant. Live music and Karaoke at the weekend. I would stay at this hotel again which is probably the best recommendation I can make.

Review 32：Check in at the hotel took almost an hour, only 1 personel at the reception. The spa as they said was under maintenance. House keeping was clueless- I asked for drinking water 3 times at night but ?. Wouldn't grade it as 4****.
